Hi PEers,

I started PE on May 28th/07 (16 sessions now). I do the standard newbie routine. Recently I find my manual stretches were not as effective as my grip would slide a little. Then I went and bought BABY POWDER today and see if I can have a nice, tight grip when I stretch my penis.

Oh my! What a world of difference! My exercise today was a lot more effective. I didn’t have to re-grip and stop over again with my stretch and hold.

So does anyone use baby powder (or some sort) when they do stretches/pulls?

Here is another question.

When I do manual pulls, I feel my right arm gets tired a bit. I am right-handed and I use my right hand when I do manual stretches (pulls and v-stretches). Do some of you feel the same when you first started? How did you overcome the problem?

Am I pulling too hard??? But my dick is fine though.

We all have the same problem. Arms get tired after stretching and/or jelqing for a prolonged time.
There is a way to combine PE with bodybuilding.
Imagine that you are arm-wrestling….
You grab your dick with your right hand and pull it down as you would your opponent’s arm,
down to the left.
Reverse hands.
Now, I cannot vouch for dick elongation, but your arm wrestling “punch” will definitely improve.
No pun intended!
Combine the stretch/jelq movement with down pulling/pressing as in arm wrestling.
Will that be two for one?

Baby powder (commonly known as talcum powder in the UK is a great way to get around the problems you mention.

With respect to your arm getting a bit tired, ensure to alternate arms otherwise you’ll look odd on the beach with one bulging right arm and your left a miniature version ;-).

It’s hard to know if you are pulling too hard, I think your dick will tell you that.

Personally I use toilet paper for grip because when my bare hand touches my penis while streching, I tend to get an erection. Toilet paper works great for me.

And you should definetily alternate hands because in time your hands will get stronger, but you need to ouse your left hand more since you are right - handed. Level out the difference.

I do use my left hand sometimes. But I guess I have to use more of it!

Mmmm… toilet paper for griping. Interesting! I might give it a try as well as I sometimes get hard when I stretch.

I wash my hands with soap and dry them completely to give me a good grip, but I’m gonna give baby powder a try.

When I use tissue or a piece of cloth or something like that it tends to irritate my penis after a while and make it very dry. I will give baby powder a try.

I’m pretty sure our own wadzilla swears by using baby powder in just such a fashion.
