I am sort of reading everything to get the best results.
I read a few post about babbis routine, including one where babbis and biggerjohnson Talk about his gains. But, unfortunately, none of the post explain how this routine works. I’d like to know more about it.

Does anyone know this routine?


I just started newbie routine (this is my first week) and I am a little curious

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I started with his Routine over late summer of 2008. I read everything I could on here and really listened to the vets about moving too fast and decided that the less is more approach would be best. Well, it didn’t work for me.. Not enough frequency. Newbie Routine is best to start with. Besides, when you start PE you really need to dedicate yourself and make it a habit, or as some have said, a hobby. I found that the duration that he sets forth makes it difficult to really establish a routine, but that’s just my two cents.

He is right. I started with newbie routine(gained a lot), then I did something else(gained little, but I overworked alot) and now I am doing the newbie routine once again. It’s the best routine, believe me. You don’t have to ever change it.
Feel like not gaining, like 2-3 months without gains? Make the routine more intense. And if you have gained from certain routine before, you could try taking a 1 month break and start again. Good luck!

I agree. A short decon break can work wonders! I would say if you have stalled after 6 - 8 weeks of no gains, increase the intensity and throw in a new exercise and lots of heat. Heat makes a huge difference for me and I’m sure many other members would agree.

I agree. Routine in a hot shower= really works!
To all: One reason if you’re not gaining is if you overtrain. Watch your EQ and PI’s.

In 8 weeks I intend to measure again.. I’m gonna try to take some pictures now so that

I can compare visually as well.
