I have to avoid jeqing for a while because of sore foreskin. I’m going to miss it, I love jelqing. I’m only going for length right now anyway. So is a stretch only rountine sufficient enough to gain length? How much does jelqing have an influence? How long should I spend on stretching since I won’t be jelqing? I would love to get another 1/4” by Christmas to reach my Christmas goal.

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

Hey keep up with jelqing but only about 30% should be dedicated to jelqing. Jelq at a low level.

There’s no rush. Just don’t jelq until the soreness goes. It should only be a few days at most.
