Average Increases?

I’ve been browsing for a couple hours now and I have seen the “big ones” but what is the average gain in length and girth over what span of time?

It really depends on the guy. No one can say for sure. Try the newbie routine and see what happens.

I think most of men who are consistent gain about 0.5” in length and roughly half of that in girth the first year, plus stronger erections and (maybe) ejaculation control. Being consistent is hard though.

I had gains of 0.5 in nbpel and 0.3 in girth in 6-7 months plus a whole inch in flaccid length which I measured 3 months after starting.

Everyone is different though.

If you like it a little bigger, it’s worth the time.

When I am gaining well, its about 1/8 in length per month. When it slows down I try changing it up till I get back to that 1/8. Sometimes it takes a little time to find something that works. Most people can get their starter gains just doing the newbie routine. Thats the best place to start as it is considered “safe” until you condition your unit for more Advanced PE stuff. If I had to guess I would say the average easy or starter gains would probably be around .5 in length and maybe .25 or less in girth.

All my gains came with something very similar to the newbie routine.
