Hi guys I am average guy in all aspect, except penis size, it is 5.6 currently. What is average gain which I can achieve? Is 1.5 inches highly expected? I will not worry for more I have 14cm and want 18 which is quite enough I think. And I want 0.7 girth, But I am worried about flaccid as more flaccid I manage to gain as good it will be. So can I achive this results and in what time.

It depends if you are a quick gainer or not.

There is no “you will achieve x inches of gains in y months” rule.

Is 1.5 possible? Sure. Should you “expect” 1.5? That’s hard to say, there are many factors to take into account. There are some who have gained very quickly, and these stories tend to stand out in our minds. I can assure you they are not in the majority. Just like it when it seems like most people here are over 8”, the reality is there are at least 10 people lurking at 6” or less for every one of the other group.

The best thing you can do is just go ahead with the newbie routine for several months and try it out, then add/switch in some different exercises that best suit you. The flaccid gains will come first.

HI I am the same size as you and have been PE’ing for about 4 months with minimal erect gains. However I have noticed in the last month or so that my flaccid hang is noticeably longer, something which I am happy with in it’s own right. MY routine just consists of jelqs, kegels and the dick between the legs (which I have forgotten the name of!)

My goals are 7.5” length and 5.5” girth but I realise that these are years away.

Well i started PE at a BPEL of 5.00” and within 6 months i am now 1 whole inch longer…


Gained 1 inch length finally! the first big step in my PE time :D

Now: Erect Girth 5.00" - BP Erect Length 6.00"

Start: Erect Girth 4.90" - BP Erect Length 5.00" ---- Thats an increased volume of 2.384 cubic inches!!!

answer truthfully.

I noticed that flaccid size changed after one excersice overnight. I think I should do more intensively 2 days on 1 day off, Currently I do 3 times a week.

The truth is that it takes a lot of time and dedication to achieve the goals that you have.
Out of 100 guys that start PE, 95 will quit within a few months with small or no gains.
Less than 1 out of the 100 will gain 1.5 inches.
Is it possible? Yes, absolutely. Is it likely? No.

In order for you to succeed, you have to be very committed.
Can you commit to doing PE 4-7 days/week for the next 1-2 years?

The dedication is very hard.

I have started and stopped pe 3 times since last year.

But this time I intend to stick with it for at least a full year.

I’m at 5.5 erect and want to be 7, so I have a goal of 1.5.

But I’ll be ok even if I at least get over the 6 inch mark. But I want 7.
