Is there any correlation to body types(obese,tall,skinny)that produce gains or lack thereof that anyone has noticed?

Not really. We all come in various shapes and sizes. There’s no one size fits all in anything human

I’m 6’7”, 382lbs, according to my doc IMO about 45 lbs overweight. Ever see a toughman competition? That’s my size, I’m in the gym on a regular basis. I have never used any types of drugs to gain the mass I have, passed whey protein and daily gnc sport vitamins, I don’t put anything into of drug or herbal origin into my body to help gain. read my stats to see what I have gained. Currently, my bpfsl is 8” my bpel is 7.5, girth still the same. There just isn’t a direct link to anything in regards to gaining length or girth, to anything else.


09-01-07= 6" Bpel & 4.5"

01-10-20 = 8&1/4" x 6"
