Average again

Hi,
I read a lot of information, studies stats and others and I would like to ask you what do you think about the conclusion that I made.
In my opinion the average is:
BPEL : around 5,9-6 inch, what give around (for young people - without a big fat pad) (around 15 cm)
NBPEL : about 5,5 inch (almost 14 cm)
EG (mid shaft) : about 4,8 inch (12,25 cm)

Would you agree with it?

Considering results of some reliable surveys, those figures you proposed seem realistic. Maybe average NBPEL should be around 5.3”.

Unfortunately the myth 6” average (naturally NBPEL) is the root of inferiority complex of many guys with around 5.3” NBPEL.

I might even go a bit smaller, say BPEL of 14.25cm and EG of 11.75cm

This was bonepressed from what I have heard, and they got an average of 5.877.
I think it could be a bit smaller, because of this :

"The sample included 401 male volunteers, of which only 300 were "effective" male volunteers (75 percent), because 101 volunteers (25 percent) could not gain an erection for measurement."

The ones who couldn´t gain an erection, were probably nervous. Maybe because they have a smaller penis ?

It is not obvious that “mraverage” study used to be BP.

Well, I have seen that on a few other sites, and if you see under the “How to measure” page on mraverage, it says you should do it BP.

It is not obvious how to measure up anyway. Some other opinions?

Tolka, your numbers are what I think of as average, too (though I have also seen studies with shorter length and bigger girth - at around 5" EG and even more)

Appearantly the new number from ‘sex-experts’ (?) is 5" NBP.. At 6" NBP I’ve considered myself perfectly average and this is so stuck in my head that suddenly being a whole inch above average seems wrong.. A pleasant thought, but I don’t really believe it. I think maybe they’re rounding it down to 5.0 because it’s an easy number and it might be good for men’s self esteem. But who knows, I have hardly ever seen an erect penis other than my own that wasn’t in porn..

(Btw, in that video, why is there a guy crying when he ‘breaks the 6 inch myth’? Shouldn’t it be a man cheering instead?)

The most important reason for why the average is likely smaller than reported in this study is that the participants were volunteers who agreed to be measured in a nightclub in Cancun. The consequence is that men confident about their size are overrepresented in the sample while smaller, less confident men, are underrepresented due to declining to participate.

But it is not sure if it is BP or NBP. Would you agree we the numbers that I wrote?

The figures you post seem reasonable given all the information from the reliable studies out there. If anything, they may actually be higher than the true average.

You have been given this same information multiple times on various threads. I posted the link to Penis Size: The True Average for you on another thread (Invisible - Average). Iamaru has given you the same link above. I have gone through all of your posts on this site (41 at present count). The issue of average size and measurement seems to be a recurring obsession for you. Why is this?

Actually, average is 6.4” - 7” BPEL and 5.2” - 5.8” EG.
