Autoext and Autoads Question

Hi everyone,

I was thinking of buying a Autoext & Autoads until I read in another thread that such devices are pointless unless you do hanging. Is this the case or have I just misunderstood, maybe someone could clarify exactly how they work and how to use them best (and yes I have searched!)

Hands free stretching

Any ADS is more effective when applied after manual stretching and/or hanging. The harder one stretches are the heavier one hangs the more the need for an ADS to keep the shaft extended while micro-tears heal. I use all of them. The AutoExtender, has practically replaced hanging for me, at least until I can find or help develop a better hanger than the Bib Starter, which doesn’t work for me anymore. What I like most about the AutoExtender is that it cam be put on and taken off quickly without wrap making stretching while sitting at a desk job all day much more convenient than hanging. To me the stretch feels the same. I just crank it out until it feels equivalent to about a 15 to 20 pound hang, but I hung for years so I know what that feels like. Beginners shouldn’t put that much tension on it, in fact the device was not developed to replace hanging at all, but for me it works very well in this capacity. The AutoADS works better when you are standing or running around, IMO, although some use it sitting. Sometimes while watching TV I will put the AutoADS on and loop the leg belt around my foot and stretch by extending my leg. This gives a good stretch leaving the hands free for drinking wine and flipping through channels with the remote.

That is amazing – 20 lb. with a traction device!!! BTW I wander how in the world this clamp/head of the extender doesn’t slip over your glans. You must have a pretty big glans, I guess. I wonder if the autoextender would work well for uncut guys. Of course the advertising says: cut and uncut, but I have learned from experience that very often this is not the truth. I wander if the autoextender is a different product.

I can’t speak for uncut guys, because I am cut, however in the last three years of aggressive PE I have gained so much excess skin along the shaft I appear to be uncut when flaccid. I can only wear the extender at that high tension for about 20 minutes at a time, then I have to pop it off and massage. Perhaps this is because I’ve trained myself to the twenty minute sets in the Bib, but regardless, it is not a good idea to clamp the penis with anything that tightly for more than 20 minutes at a time. So 20 minute sessions at high tension are just about right. it only takes a few minutes to remove the headclamp, massage and jelq in fresh blood and re-clamp it, but I usually try to dry jelq for at least ten minutes between sets when time allows. As soon as you dick feels normal again I feel it is safe to put the extender back on.
