Auto Xleeves vs. Extenders
Hey I was wondering something. For those who have used Extenders and silicone Xleeves of any kind which would you say is more effective in your opinion. I have been using both the Extender and the Xleeves for close to a month now and they are both great in their own respects. Xleeve I can wear longer, but the Extender I can put more force in my PE workout.
When is one more effective than the other. It seems to me that a Xleeve could be the same as an Extender when a weighted head piece is applied. But and Extender than not double for a Xleeve. I don’t know but for now I feel like I’m siding with Xleeves. How about it?
