Auto Extender for Newbies

I just received the auto extender and would like to know how I should proceed. Right now I have plenty of time to wear the device. The problem is I don’t know how long or how many times I should use the device. Since I am 4x4 flacid length and girth I am having trouble attaching the device without cutting off circulation to the head and have to remove after about a half hour. Can anyone help me with a routine or some tricks on how to use the autoextender. Right now I am wearing it daily for around nine hours between circulation. Help!

It’s all in the wrap. Not too tight, or too loose. Also don’t try to squeeze the head clamp so tight. I can wear mine for an hour at a time. You should have some good tension, stretching, but not pulling so it it’s in danger of slipping over the head.

If you feel soreness in the base (as in after a workout) you are doing OK. If you feel pain you are overdoing it. Other than that, just try to use it as much as possible.

There are two main theories on growth - one that you stimulate growth by force and the other that you have to “injure” the tissues by stretching/hanging/jelquing and that the subsequent low force stretch makes it heal in a slightly longer state. A combination of the two might be the truth, who knows.

The idea behind the AutoExtender is to provide a constant slight tug. Too often people are over-zealous with it and try to ‘speed-up’ their results by over-tensioning.

If it’s tight enough to stretch out just past your FSL it’s enough. When you no longer feel that it’s being stretched to that point, increase the length of the bars to once again have a stretch just beyond your FSL, and so on until your dick drags on the floor if you’d like. Of course you might be 90 by that time.

If you try to pull too hard for too long with such a device, you’ll eventually give it up because of pain and geneal discomfort.

It’s just not designed for intense pull. After all, hangers only hang for a maximum of 20 minute sets: there’s a reason.

By having the device too taught, you’re basically low-weight hanging.

Thanks for the great responses. Problem is when I don’t strech to the head I don’t get a good lig pull with or without the wrap.

Should I alternate days or should I pull everyday?

Interesting.

There seems to be two schools of thought.

1. Have the ADS device do a slight tug on your penis.

2. Have the ADS set to a maximum tension on your penis. That to the point that you can really feel the tug on the ligs.

I use the latter.

I find it hard to use the ADS for more than a few hours. Therefore, I’ve been using maximum tension.

Please note, that I have not been able to use such high tensions until I made myself a suck extender for my AndroPenis.

Also note, that you MUST write down the exact times that you start the traction and stop the traction. You will find that you are actually using the device a lot less than you think.

How on earth are you stretching past your FSL with an ADS?! Assuming your ADS is not pulling from the glans, you’d need to apply a LOT of force to reach your FSL (assuming you pull at the glans when you measure FSL).

You’re right PG, that didn’t read correctly. I meant just pull it out to its natural length and perhaps a slight amount more, not a hard BPFSL type of pull.

Also, as far as “schools of thought”, I was just going by the instructions. Extenders generally recommend 8-12 hours daily use. The only way you can wear it that long is using low tension and relying on creep. IMO, if you’re going to wear it for less than that, you’d be better off hanging.

Suck Extender

I think phantasm is on the right track since I really don’t feel a lig pull unless I really strech close to or beyond my erect length at around 6in. I’m Really interested in finding out how to add a suck extender to my ads. Right now I am using an auto extender. Is there a way to build a suck extender for this device?

You may not need to build a suck extender unit if you are using the auto extender. The ADS unit that I have has a ‘noose’ design. I kept on slipping out.

The suck extender prevented this.

I don’t think that people are slipping out of the auto extender.

Reading the jesextender manual, they recommend 600-900g force first two weeks.
Then you can add up to 1200g and more. This has proven to result in clinical results.

But, I mean using it to just get plus 0.5” flaccid length size would that result in gains?
Yes I know thats traction as well, but is that really what you do?

Isn’t it better to follow the directions in the manual? I mean if I use 1200g tension this
means I am BPFSL plus having the extra weight…

As I have an extender that does not show the tension applied, as an approximation, can you provide info on the length of flaccid dick being stretched as % of Full Stretched Length when at:

- 600g of force

- 900g

- 1200g

-1500g

Also briefly, what is the JesExtender program (hrs daily / force over 6 mths) ?

For the final time, SIZE OF FORCE IS IRRELEVANT. Extend the penis 1-2cm more than your regular flaccid size, strap the ADS on, and away you go.
