Athletes: anyone else do this?? (Supersets w/PE)
Lately I have been doing sets of JAI stretches intermittent with sets of “regular” exercises. Right now I am doing sets of weighted pull ups and in between doing sets of 15 JAI stretches. I swear hard exercise is the best type of PE warmup available. After the first minute or so following exercise, once the penis shrinkage has passed, my unit becomes so soft and malleable just as if I had hot wrapped it for 5 or 10 minutes. Anybody else do stuff like this? I might be insane.
