Lately I have been doing sets of JAI stretches intermittent with sets of “regular” exercises. Right now I am doing sets of weighted pull ups and in between doing sets of 15 JAI stretches. I swear hard exercise is the best type of PE warmup available. After the first minute or so following exercise, once the penis shrinkage has passed, my unit becomes so soft and malleable just as if I had hot wrapped it for 5 or 10 minutes. Anybody else do stuff like this? I might be insane.

So wait, you mean you had major exercise induced shrinkage and doing this made that stop happening?

Well, the shrinkage lasts for usually 30 seconds to a minute at the most- then it rapidly re-expands to it’s full flaccid state. So basically as soon as I’ve completely caught my breath my dick has gotten soft and stretchy again. It is literally about the size of a large acorn right now after I just did nearly twenty pull ups. It’s kind of funny watching the size fluctuate so much, lol.

Yeah mine does that too. I hate it which is why I was stoked to hear that it may stop gym dick.

I’ve used a cock ring to keep my balls from getting too tight during exercise. I thought I was the only one that this happened to.
