At what age did your penis reach it's full length

Can’t remember my dick getting any bigger after 8th grade, so how old does that make you like 12? I know for certain that I am a late bloomer though, was 5’10” senior year in high school now two years later I am closer to 6’2”. Didn’t see my dick get any bigger during any of those years. Started smoking pot 8th grade but maybe once in 3 months, and stayed at that rate til about junior where it went up to about once a month, then senior year it was closer to once a day. Over last two years it has easily been a once a day occurrence. Entire life I have played soccer and always been good at running but lifting was never my thing. Just recently though have started taking it more seriously and been gaining in that department just fine. Honestly don’t think pot can harm penis growth. Have heard though from multiple people ( personal trainers, high school gym teachers, and health teachers ) that in puberty men are producing the most testosterone their bodies ever will and it is wise to lift during these years, especially lifting leg exercises ( squat and dead lift ) as this pumps more blood into the lower half of the body and the pubic area. In return for more blood being pumped there the testis produce more Testosterone which in turn produces more human growth hormone in the body and helps increase growth from puberty. Being 19 now all I can do is start from the beginning and wish I had been wiser when I was younger. Life lesson learned I suppose. Hoping though I still have maybe 1 year of puberty left that I can use to help jump start some good PE gains. Best of luck to ya and don’t sweat it, it’s just life after all… doesn’t really mean shit!
