At A Length Stalemate, What To Do

PE’ing regularly for over 2 months now, no length increase.

My routine is pretty much the newbie routine with O-bends thrown in.

I know they say not to try anything until after 3 months, but if I’m not gaining length, I think something needs to change/be tweaked/etc.

Anything I can look at adding at this point?

My goal is by end of Feb to add a pump, but until then I’m wanting to additional ideas on getting some length improvement.

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

Before any one can give you any advice, please let us know exactly what your routine is!

I’m almost certain that most will tell you to continue with the Newbie Routine, and ditch the O bend’s for now. Some guys will gain faster than others, and some it takes a little more time. You might just have to tweak your routine, you could be over doing it a bit, or not doing enough, we will ask you what your PI’s are doing also EQ.

Goal: To get to the other end of the ruler.

I made 1/2” length gains between month 2 and 4.

Up to that point I had nothing to speak of.

That was Newbie routine only

I typically do:

Warm-up (5 minutes hot wash cloth, entire routine done in shower)
Stretches, 30sec - 1 minute holds up, down, left, right, out
20 second O-bends
100-150 dry jelqs
Warm-down

Last week or so I have stopped doing the stretches and doing main jelqs, occasionally doing the O-bends (but mainly jelqs).


Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

If it’s length that you’re looking for, I would highly recommend that you keep doing stretches as part of your routine. Jelqing at a low erection level has led to length gains for many, but from my reading and experience, the people who have gained were mostly doing wet jelqs with an emphasis on stretching their penis out from the body during the jelq stroke. Some have even made it a point to do a gentle tug with their hand just behind the glans at the end of the jelq stroke to enhance the jelq-stretch.

For me, this stretch is much more difficult to achieve with a dry jelq. However, I am cut, so if your foreskin is in tact, you may still be able to make it work for you.

Gottagolarger - Where is your LOT at? I found that I got an insanely good stretch by doing low level erection V-Jelqs sitting down. I’d say at a 40% erection level. I stopped doing these for a while because I am just looking for girth but I started doing a set of these in my routine this last week. I don’t know why, but I feel way more stretch than a regular low level erection jelq. Probably has to do with the fact that my LOT is at 6 o’clock.


Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

Mr Bidnez, you’ll have to forgive me as I have no idea what LOT is. =)

I tried doing some light stretches at the end of my jelqs (5 second holds, straight out). I found when doing normal stretches that my EQ was not nearly as good. Combine that without seeing any results on length, that is why I scrapped them for now. I’ll try the jelq/end with stretch combo for the next few days. I do a 5 on/2 off due to my schedule.

I will say that my post PE hang this morning was very, very nice. I hated to get dressed and cover it up!

LOT is your loss of tug. If you pull your penis out and you do a hard kegel, you will feel it tug and want to come back to your body a little bit. A lot of guys have it at 6:00 (straight down). Mine is at 6:00 so I don’t feel the tugging back sensation when I pull my penis straight down and kegel. I get the strongest tugging sensation when I pull my penis straight up(12:00). That is why I get that nice stretch feeling when I do V-jelqs in the 12:00 position.

Does your routine feel productive though? I noticed that if my stretches do not feel productive and I don’t want to increase intensity or time, I will jelq first and then stretch afterwards, for some reason I feel it more this way, then if I jelq again, the jelq feels very good. I’m still pretty much doing the newbie routine too, just mixing it up.

The first few months are to condition the penis. Any newbie gains are stupendously lucky. As long as your PIs are good, then keep at it. I am trying to add a little length at the minute via a manual stretching routine and low level jelqing. I am in no rush to get the gains, as I know that they will come. Pumping seems like an attractive option and hanging may be a way ahead too if I get nothing within the next couple of months.

Also I am going back to doing fowfers as they give me a good flaccid length from which I lead to the believe is a good starting point to getting a good erect length. I just get the impression from my own self that any flaccid size improvement coincided with a bigger erect length.

PE is a personal journey of knowledge and commitment, one cannot happen without the other. For you to continue to realize PE gains you MUST continue to gain PE knowledge, which takes commitment. I see tons of posts exactly like this and tons of responses, I’ve made a few myself. The absolute truth is that nobody can answer your original question but you. If something is not working, look for something that does. There are a variety of techniques for jelqing alone, add in all the other PE techniques and you have a literal ton of things to try. At 2 months you may be ready to move on to some more moderate to advanced PE techniques, just read and try them CAREFULLY. (Always assume that when you try something new that you’ll probably do it wrong, at least the first time, and probably longer.)


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

That is true, I did something wrong, so I also learned when trying new things, not to jump straight into it, but ease into it.

You had no length gains - what about girth?

I think you can cut the O-bends, complete the 3d month, then, if you have not gained, take a week of rest (just to see if you overdid a bit and maybe gains are coming from resting), and re-start adding fulcrum stretches (‘A’ stretches, ‘V’ stretches etc.) to your routine.

I’d say work on some different stretches. You might even be held back by your septum, which feels like a cord running straight through your penis (stretch out your flaccid and you’ll find it). Anyway, that’s why I’m stuck, I haven’t been keeping up with my V-stretches…

I think it’s not the septum what you are speaking of; septum is where your CC meets. Despite what many seems to believe, I can’t see how the septum could be an obstacle to length gains.
