Assess my program, please
I tried a couple of times PE before, but always over-trained, so now I decided to stick to the linear newbie routine. I started it 3-4 weeks ago and practice it under the shower.
5min hot shower
2*30sec manual stretches in all directions - down, up, right, left, forward (10 total)
3*25 dry jelqs - using the 3 grip types - forehand, backhand and double-hand
5 min hot shower, combined with 40 5sec kegels
The breaks between the stretch series are 30sec. The breaks between the jelq series are a little bit more, because sometimes the Willie has to be re-erected.
Additionally, I do 3 times per day 15min kegels.
Please, assess the program and recommend how to continue.
