I tried a couple of times PE before, but always over-trained, so now I decided to stick to the linear newbie routine. I started it 3-4 weeks ago and practice it under the shower.

5min hot shower
2*30sec manual stretches in all directions - down, up, right, left, forward (10 total)
3*25 dry jelqs - using the 3 grip types - forehand, backhand and double-hand
5 min hot shower, combined with 40 5sec kegels

The breaks between the stretch series are 30sec. The breaks between the jelq series are a little bit more, because sometimes the Willie has to be re-erected.
Additionally, I do 3 times per day 15min kegels.

Please, assess the program and recommend how to continue.

Not bad. Maybe just a little bit short on stretching. and a bit too much on dry jelqs.

I would maybe do streches after jelqs also - harder, but more effective. Add a tiny bit of reps on both exercises each 1-2 weeks and see how it goes.

Probably I forgot, but what are double-hand dry jelqs?

I just renamed the standard OK, overhand OK and C grips:)

Maybe doing stretches after jelqs really would be better. Sometimes I find it difficult to maintain good erection level after the stretches.

One more question - is there a minimum erection level needed for stretches?

And how do you exactly determine the level of erection?

For stretches, you should be flaccid. For jelqs, anywhere between 60-80% should be fine. Maybe sligthly lower, about 55%,-75%, is even better for dry-jelqs, they are harder on your unit than wet-jelqs.

The level of erection is determined by your own feeling, it is a roughly estimation.
