Hi, I’m a guy with an erected size of 14 centimeters long, and 12.5 centimeters of girth. 10 centimeters flaccid. I know, I need PE to improve my happiness about my tool.

So, I’m asking —because I think most of you could help me with an opinion— the next question:

As I’m a full-time worker and after getting out of my job, I attend university at night and return home very late (so you’ll understand that I almost don’t have time during the day).

As my priority right now (just as I get to 16 cms if possible) is large (I know girth is the most crucial for woman). Should I have just a routine of stretches for the moment until I reach that size and then start adding jelqs when I have more time

and get used to this PE routine into my life’s daily routine.

I would more likely do just jelqing instead than just stretching.

Why? Listen, the main reason I want to focus on stretching that I forgot to mention is that I’ve never found the right way to do jelqs (always had trouble handling the penis and exchanging hands during a jelq, and the right pressure to do it right, or the right erection to make it effectively). I always lose the quantity of erections during the day, and notice it smaller than usual when flaccid (those are symbols of failure and of my unfortunate bad execution of jelq). I need the most-detailed explanation that you guys can give me about jelq and mainly its good execution for gaining. Thanks since now.

Lube your dick up.

Form an OK sign around the base of your dick.

Close the Ok sign at the base.

Slide it to below your glans while pressuring the dick with the OK sign.
While accumulating blood behind the OK sign you can use the other hand withOK sign at the base to slide again to the top.
You can use the second hand when the first is belwo the glans.
Or just use one hand.

Try different OK sign pressures.
You can jelq from 0% to 100% erection. The higher the errection/blood the less pressure you need.

Jelq morning and evening + stretch.

BTW. Increasing happiness about your tool before doing PE will work for better quality PE IMO
..worked for me ;)

Can you afford a penis extender? I really like the miracle slider extender. It is affordable and durable.

I don’t understand. You ask a question, marinera suggests an answer, and you question it. So why ask at all, if you already know what you want to do? You answered your own question, stretch.

Don’t overthink this; it is NOT rocket science. Lots of guys on here are making fine gains with JUST jelqs. In my humble opinion, I think jelqs are far more worthwhile than stretches of you had to pick one over the other. Why? Because a jelq will achieve the stretch while also achieving expansion. You are expanding in XYZ axes rather than just one singular axis. As I said, this is not rocket science. Listen to what these guys are saying. The only 2 secrets to making gains is to stay patient, and stay diligent!

I agree with marinera. Jelq. That’s the backbone of any pe routine. You can get a stretch from it by lowering the erection level.

My advice is to use the punch grip. You pinch the sides of the shaft (CC’s) and jelq that way. It takes a ton of the stress off the CS which contains your urethra. The okay grip has been a standard for years but guys who use the pinch grip are far less likely to injure themselves. Also, it’s easier to do.

Thanks for all the replies, as I said, I wasn’t thinking in jelqs for my beginning because of my poor execution that lead me to no gains and ifs. I’ll keep trying. Hopefully someday I’ll perform them well.
