My question:

Where do you apply pressure when you jelq? If I naturally grip my dick for a jelq I apply pressure on the top on bottom, but I assume that’s bad because you go over the dorsal vein (I made this mistake during my first test session). I read somewhere where you are only supposed to apply pressure to the sides of the penis, is this true? I find my hand is in an awkward position if I try to do it like that.

You are assuming right. Pressure on the sides only. Adjust you grip. Yes your hands will be tired.

A Newbie over here, I read quite a lot about PE on this forum and just started with the linear routine. I am wondering if there is any information about the long term effects of PE (>10 years later ), especially for EQ regarding probably ED in the long run? Could not find this topic using the search option. Think this question is already answered somewhere .but cannot find it.. Any help / answers are much appreciated (am a little concerned, since this came to mind).

You and I are always on the same page. I totally agree.

So I’ve been jelquing for about 2 months using the standard okay grip and palms towards me like in the video, now I hear that’s bad and only supposed to pressure on sides of dick during a session? I’m confused can someone clarify this please.

Don’t completely close the grip. It’s bad. Keep your thumb and index finger apart. Same grip. Pressure on the sides. You don’t want any kind of pressure on the upper side of your penis.At least for starters.
