I don’t remember. I think I just posted that there is no need for so many jelqs. Do you know that to many dry jelqs can cause turkey neck? I met my goal in a year. I broke all the rules here. I jelqed with a 100% erection. I used lotion as a lube to kill 2 birds with one stone since jelqing can dry out the skin. I would start at the base using the o-ring grip, and with the other hand, I would push the base to my pubic bone and not letting any scrotum get pulled while I squeezed and slowly slide the o-ring grip up my shaft until igot to my glands, then I would pull for a few seconds. I did this 30 times, but I was always aware of what I was doing and how my unit was feeling. Doing it the way I did it also allowed skin growth for length gains. I combined exercises, I jelqed and stretched all on one.
