Does heat really make a difference for growth or is heat a myth . Are their as many gainers who didn’t use heat compared to those who did? Or is heat more to help reduce the risk of injury?
I used heat. We have towel heater, sorta like a microwave, but it is for towels. I used warm towels before exercise, between sets and after exercise.
I can not claim that it makes a difference, but I believe it did for me since it loosened the ligs and skin, but what do I know.
My wife reads thunders sometimes finds PE interesting sometime she helps and encourages me . Is their more out there?

A friend brought me to this place. Not too sure why he did. Maybe he wanted a females perspective on “things”?.

I think its cool that there are female members. The fact that its a male forum though, I mean: what do you girls get out of it? Is it like getting an unfair advantage by peeking into the psyche of the male brain.

I don’t think they are looking to get an unfair advantage by peeking into the psyche of the male brain. Diamondwinds and Sunshinekid were trying to get an unfair advantage.
