I didn’t mean to split the jelqing into two separate sessions—what I meant was instead of the ten minutes of two hundred 3-second strokes, half it to five minutes of one hundred 3-second strokes.

I posted a little while ago about an issue I was having with my penis shape.
Quick recap:
My penis had gotten a slight baseball effect (curve resembles more of a light bulb shape but not THAT dramatic haha)
-Base shaft girth = 4”, mid shaft girth = 4.5”

So far, the girth has not evened out at all so I’m somewhat hesitant to continue PE.. I would prefer not having a full blown light bulb as a penis
What do you guys think is causing this? Is it more likely the jelqing or the stretching?

My jelqs are just normal jelqs but my stretches include BTC and light DLD blasters

Since my current goal is to achieve my desired length gains before working on girth, is it possible to achieve those length gains without jelqing OR stretching (depending on whichever part might be causing my current problem)

P.s. ALSO, originally my penis had a slight upwards curve, but I feel that after starting PE, the curve is becoming more noticeable? Especially when I’m not 100% erect. Could this be connected to my girth problem?

I think you’re right. I’ve been thinking a lot about it yesterday, and decided to continue with the Newbie Routine without halving the exercises. It’s probably just because I started this Monday that the penis has some trouble enduring it.

It’s the jelqing causing the midshaft growth; the shape will tend to become more even on the long term.

It is unlikely that exercises are making the upward curve more noticeable, it can be just a temporary effect.

Should awake erections be just as thick or as big as nocturnal erections?

I think nocturnal erections are generally more intense than awake erections. Can’t find the backup for that right now.

I have a small additional question regarding the Newbie Routine. It says that after the stretches and jelqing you use another hot wrap. But can you replace that with a cool down instead?

The cool down can make sense if you keep your penis stretched in the meanwhile, otherwise not IMHO.

What do you mean by more intense? If you mean stronger totally agree. , but what I was wondering was fatter, thicker,bigger? Or is a forerunner maybe of whats to come when awake?

No to the first two questions. This is my second marriage. Just remarried Nov. 1st. Also have three little ones. I started PE about a month ago now on a modified newbie routine of sorts. I don’t have much time at all to myself and my wife thinks I’m crazy for wanting a thicker penis. I am ok with my length for now (7.25” erect, tho I don’t get raging bones any longer).

This is gonna be a bit long. So PE for me started with a Bathmate Hercules. I got one and started using it immediately. The 1st 2 weeks it was 2 days on, 1 day off at max pressure. I learned a valuable lesson from my lack of knowledge and experience. I then began reading all I could here. Jelging, stretching, clamping, you name it. I looked at the newbie routine. Mind you, I have a plan.

Because it is difficult for me to gain an erection without visual or physical stimulation not coming from my own hands, jelqing proved difficult. So, wanting to gain some girth, I looked to my trusty bathmate but, with a new found theory. I read a post here about the two spots within the vagina that can only be reached with a length of 7.5+”. BAM! That’s 1. Also, my penis is much like my stature - tall and skinny. 2. Hence why I crave girth.

What I did was substituted moderate stretching in place of jelging. I wake up in the mornings and in the shower, I’ll do 2 - 3 stretching exercises with moderate force at a minute a stretch. I do another session at night in the shower again before I go to bed. I warm up with a washcloth and my showers are very hot. I also massage my penis gently before I get out of the shower. I then use my bathmate twice a week. Moderate pressure now at 20 - 25 minutes. So my stretching routine is every other day with the weekends off.

What I am trying to accomplish is, gain a bit more length so I can give my wife those deep body shattering vaginal orgasms. I am basically using the bathmate to try to stimulate better EQ. I’m 37, once in a while I get that ridiculously hard erection like I was 17 again. I’m fairly healthy and athletic. When I want to fuck, every erection should be like a diamond. It’s the consistency I seek.

I don’t know if it’s going to work out for me yet. It’s been two weeks now. I hang a little longer. Still pencil dick flaccid and erect. If been edging as well in hopes of desensitizing myself from porn. If I can get and maintain an erection from that, I’ll attempt jelging once more and switch my routine.

I’ll edit this so it is more condensed and concise. Just wanted to get my thoughts out.

I have read alot about “Clamping” and “Pumping” (they alone, VS and together) because after my conditioning period … want to apply one of these or both If possible.

I’m having difficulty to understand the long thread here about “Clamping Vs Pumping” … alot of anatomy terms and in depth studies.

Applying both together will happen any kind of synergy?

Or one might get in the way of the other, somehow decreasing gains?

Which one should I execute first?

Since I cannot perform them right now, I will read and try to supress some doubts.

If it were to run only one, I will choose clamping for sure. The problem is that I already have the pump (air, with gauge) and don’t want to throw it away (for now).
