I looked up signs of low testosterone on Google and a good one apparently is that your ring finger is shorter than you pointer finger. Not sure if its a great indicator. :)

Without looking it up, I seem to remember that is just an indicator of how much testosterone you were exposed to in the womb.

Interesting. I certainly never noticed much of a difference in my BB’ing/heavy AAS days aside from erections all the time that were really hard. So I think you are probably right, if there is an effect it may be minimal at best.

Nandrolone is nasty stuff. Kills the libido so incredibly bad.

Hello guys!!

I do not speak really good English so please do not be mad at me, if I make some grammar mistakes :)

My penis length is 15.6 cm (6.14 inch) and my girth is 13.8 cm (5.43 inch).

I was wondering if I stick to this program/routine:

*6-8 min. Of warming up with a hot towel

*5-6 min. Of basic stretching

*20 min. Basic jelqing (using baby oil)

*6-8 min cool down with a hot towel

Can I get any gains if I do it for like two and half months, three maybe four times a week because I am studying and working.? Is my penis size small or is it average? What else should I do/eat/drink to improve my size/girth/erection?

But i have taken extended breaks on TRT as much as 8months off, last fall to this spring and my penis lost just about everything thought i was going impotent , sad depressed the whole gambit. Get 2 shots3 days latter my dick was like it was 8months earlier everything come back . I hate tacking TRT. I dont like being dependent on stuff.

No I never have. Way too afraid of that stuff. I’ve considered HGH, but that’s a no go too.

That’s good! Not that you would care but I’d have lost some respect for you if you did steroids. It just is never a good idea.

There are a few guys at the gym you can tell have used. The speed of growth is a tell.

I like knowing I’ve earned what I have naturally.

Iiop , gain yes, how fast , know body knows for you, but it will grow , do newbie routine , learn your anatomy. happy gaining.
