Trying to Learn As Much As Possible

Hey guys, just starting out my PE endeavor (starting slow) and I’m just doing a few jelqs in a warm shower to make sure I’ve got the proper technique/form/grip/duration etc.
I’m really looking forward to starting and going seriously. I run a small retail business so privacy and time is regretfully a factor. However, I am determined and going to start the newbie routine.
I was wondering if any vets here have any advice on other ways to proceed and gain the best and quickest results! I am doing this for me but I would love to please my lady even more. She never complains and actually praises my cock but I still want more. Any advice and encouragement is welcome. Happy to be a part of the TS fam.
FYI I’m starting out as of now at NBP: 6.1” BPEL : 6.5” EG: 4.6”

Grimstick what you said here in my opinion is the best advice i would give you . Starting slow stay with newbie routine as long as possible , advanced exercises actually means you have to work harder for smaller gains in general and they are more dangerous. Give yourself time to learn things about your own penis. This process does work.

Should I really be looking to get bigger? I always hear conflicting information, and wonder, is bigger really better or would it just hurt the girl?

Im 7.5bpel x 5.5eg but have a decent sized fat pad. 1.5” making my nbpel a little more than 6. Working on that but would love to gain an inch and a half. Im a big guy 6’5 320 lbs. So my size seems small to my body and size 17 shoes. Im all for longer not sure if I want more girth. I think thats where it can get painful. You can always control depth.

Have you hurt any yet ?, and I am not saying that in a negative way just basically what has been your experience? Its a personal decision on getting bigger , my opinion.

Restored, sometimes the skin color can change due to inflammation. It’s called post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. Basically, as a part of the immune response, the body releases certain substances which as a side effect cause the melanocytes to produce more melanin than normal. It’s possible that PE could cause this.

A few years ago I had a bad case of jock itch. To this day my inner thighs are darker than the rest of me.

Think if you started scratching your nose and just kept scratching for a week. It would get inflamed yeah? And if you kept doing it over time, that inflammatory process might eventually stimulate those melanocytes to produce more color and you’d end up with a permanent spot on your nose.

Check it out and see if maybe that’s what’s going on.

Platinumplaya, I think you need to evaluate why it is YOU want to be bigger. If you are talking about it from a purely physical standpoint, you are slightly above average in both length and girth, but in terms of physically pleasing a woman, size really has no role. That is, most woman experiencing a “normal” clitoral orgasm require only external stimulation. While in the much more rare case of a woman who can experience a truly vaginal orgasm, most of the important nerves and pleasure centers lie within the first 2-4” of the vaginal canal, depending on physiological differences from woman to woman. In either of these cases you are equipped well enough as is to physically please just about any female.

However, penile size has an impact on mental stimulation for both partners. Some women get off to know they are getting a big cock, some women are terrified. Most guys get a much needed boost to their confidence when they know their units are above average and all the allusions to increased potency and power that image conjures. Why not ask your girl if you are comfortable with that? I’ll tell you one thing, it is MUCH easier to stick to a PE routine if your partner knows what you are up to.

An example from my own experiences with increased size: understand I am loathe to write something like this because I think it makes me sound kinda like a prick I think, but I think it applies very much to your current and future situation. Also, PE can be another form of self-improvement if you view it that way. Just like learning, or bodybuilding, or eating healthy, or practicing your golf game. If you feel like PE goes well with your personal philosophy about this, that is the best reason of all to pursue it.

I’m PEing for about 3 weeks on Newbie Routine :

10 Min. Warm-up with hot wrap.
30 sec. Stretches (up, down, left and right).
10 Min. DryJelq (3-4 sec. Stroke).
10 Min. Warm-down with hot wrap.
*I kegel with 3 sec. Hold during the warm up and warm down.

How I’m doing:
M: On.
T: Off.
W: On.
T: Off.
F:On.
S: On.
S: Off.

Using multi-vits, w-3 and l-arginine (1g a day).

All good so far, already notice better EQ and the shape is changing. I can feel also some little gain on girth (temporary I guess).

My question is: Should I add more “days on”?

How do I notice it’s day to rest or day to work?

Because after the work day my tool is good to go. I’m scared to add more days on and somehow sacrifice the gains.

What your doing seems to be working , in my opinion i would not change a thing.

I’m new here and just started the Newbie Routine. I did it yesterday while in the shower. When I got to the jelqing I did 100 with the foreskin pulled back and 100 with the foreskin over the glands. Can I do them this way? I’m trying to avoid the foreskin swelling. I use to have tight foreskin, but with continuous stretching it is 85-90% gone. Should I continue with the newbie routine for the first 6 week?

Yes , continue newbie routine. I’m circumcised so don’t know how to respond to your other question.

I awoke this morning with one of the best episodes of morning wood I have had since being sick a month ago. I was also able to do my exercises at the gym this morning increasing my weights in several of them. I was wondering if there was any correlation between the two?
