The reason I’ve heard for training length first is because once your dick is thicker, it’s harder to stretch since there is that much more to stretch. Since the area is proportional to the square of the girth, the impact should be huge (at 7” girth, you will basically have twice as much dick offering resistance than at 5” girth for example).

Personally, I wanted to train girth first, because when I started PE, I found my dick really thin so I want a huge fat cock, not a pencil. Accientally, I inserted in my routine something that trains my length though so I’m doing both at the same time. Inside the routine, I guess I do girth exercises first and then the lenght exercise.

I’ve been on again, off again with my PE journey for years.

My main growth goal is girth first then length. My bigger goal is to always be able to produce a rock hard erection for my wife. My problem is privacy. I’m not sure my wife would “approve” of me doing PE, plus with 3 little kids running around, it is hard for me to find the time without disruption to do a full routine.

I’m thinking about doing this for the meantime:

5 minute warm-up
5 minute jelq
post jelq kegels (10-15 reps)

I’ve had issues with kegels in the past feeling like it hurt my EQ, made me have to pee more, leaking pee, so I am not even sure if I am doing the right thing.

Is this too little to see results though?

It takes me like an hour to complete a jelqing routine (I do 600 a session) and have gained so little but have improved EQ

I keep seeing the abbreviation “OP” showing in posts here. I checked the list of abbreviations and find no reference to it. Will someone please enlighten me?

Hey guys. Sorry to keep posting in this thread but there are a lot of things I’d like to get out of my mind.

I started at a pathetic 4.8 inches length. I was at the 5.5-6 inch mark from doing just jelqs and hanging SU which I know is now a wrong angle to start with. I hang like that because I started my routines believing in the LOT theory and I haven’t been up to date until recently.

Anyway, past week and a half or so I’ve started hanging BTC. A damn hard angle to achieve. A nightmare to setup.
During those times, I’ve been wondering if I’ll really gain a lot from my ligs. See I’m 5 ft 3 and I believe I don’t have a lot of ligs to start with unlike taller guys.
Am I wrong to assume I’m only going to get at most 0.5 in increase with my ligs before I have to start targeting my tunica again?

Even if you “only” won 0.5 inches, that a 10.5% increase for you. That’s a huge difference. Starting at 7.7 I was extasyc about gaining 0.5”. Something I don’t understand though, is people who the the ligs cut as a way to increase their length gain 1cm or 2cm at most from what I’ve heard. I don’t see how anyone could gain more than that by stretching them.

That’s a LOOOOONG way to getting to that magic 8.5x6.5. We’re talking YEARS here.

I’ve gotten my cunnilingus technique down so no problem in that area but I would very much like to be able to make a woman have multiple orgasms and let’s be realistic here, I’m not gonna be able to do that with just a 6” one.

I don’t wanna burst your bubble but… 4.8 to 8.5 you would be the greatest gainer of Thunder’s history. Even if you can reach that, that would take you 5-10 years. You need to set some intermediary goals or that’ll just be depressing. Why not start let’s say by 6” which is a huge gain and would place you above average?

Well over the years I have read so much about ligs aching and being sore that when that feeling first appeared on my penis , well that’s exactly what i thought it was lig soreness , this happened during my experimental stages of hanging with 2lbs. To describe the area it was on the left side my penis and went the length of the penis so i thought must be a ligament. Well this feeling would come and go over the next three years and what appeared to be a ligament was getting thicker and tougher. Gains were very slow i might add but back to my point it wasn’t until July 7Th of this month when this hard ligament looking thing also appeared right behind the head of my penis going almost around the circumference of my penis almost like a cock ring , well that got my attention because there was fluid build up with it also that wasn’t going away after an hour or two. Well looking at the massive amount of information on thunders there is a thread called thrombosed vein or clogged lymph vessel . IT described my situation to a Tee , Firegoat put up a nice picture of those vessels and how they form that pearl structure. Very good thread. I haven’t done PE since , did the massages the best i could but made it flair up and sore . I’m on break until full recovery. Here is my question, how do you actually know what part of the penis( shaft area)example ligs, tunica ,lymph vessel,etc. is telling you, it is sore ?

My comments and experience above are not to be taking negatively thunders is a very good forum which i have personally benefited from.

I have experienced very favorable results in several areas. For example I have gained a it in length and girth. It has been several months since I last measured. I plan on measuring tomorrow, August 1. I have gotten a definite improvement in ED. I am now experiencing morning wood nearly every morning.

I have done a variety of PE exercises in the nearly two years here at Thunders.

My question is this. My scrotum and penis show a color change similar to that as would be experienced had my package been exposed to sunlight with a definite tanned appearance. This is notably obvious when compared to the surrounding skin in my groin area, especially my lower belly and my thighs. I am wondering what would be a possible explanation for this? There is not other apparent color variations other than this tanned skin appearance.

Thank anyone who might have a plausible explanation.
