Ok done some backreading and I know this might have been asked several times before but:
How do you do your length, girth routines?
I’ve read somewhere to concentrate on length first and then girth and repeat.
I’ve done hanging for 3 straight days and am going to jelq today to make sure I don’t lose girth but I guess it can’t be helped if I do. :(
I’ve read a suggested 1 month length-1 month girth but that seems too extreme and the TS usually doesn’t bump the thread for results. :(
The reason I’ve heard for training length first is because once your dick is thicker, it’s harder to stretch since there is that much more to stretch. Since the area is proportional to the square of the girth, the impact should be huge (at 7” girth, you will basically have twice as much dick offering resistance than at 5” girth for example).
Personally, I wanted to train girth first, because when I started PE, I found my dick really thin so I want a huge fat cock, not a pencil. Accientally, I inserted in my routine something that trains my length though so I’m doing both at the same time. Inside the routine, I guess I do girth exercises first and then the lenght exercise.
