So what is the recommended grip for the Newbie routine now? I have read people using the C-grip, is the OK grip still deemed unsafe? Browsed multiple threads and can’t find a definite answer. I’m believing that it depends on the person, and that the OK grip is ok as long as too much force isn’t used.

Personally I don’t have a problem with the OK grip, but it’s important not to focus the pressure on the CS. Focus it on the CCs primarily whatever grip you choose to use.

Thank you for your input. Did a week of PE a few weeks ago and noticed negative EQ and Pis for a few days after so I took a couple weeks off and am back to normal. Just have to fine tune and listen to my body I suppose.

Question is about traction wrapping.

I do my hanging routine (with a homemade Capt’s Wench) before bed and usually traction wrap with bandages an hour at most.
I’m a little anxious that all that work from hanging might be lost if I don’t keep it in an elongated state at least 8 hours after but I’ve also read nightmare stories
About people waking up in pain when they get nocturnal erection WHILE WRAPPED.

I’m saving up for an extender right now. In the mean time, is traction wrapping still useful during the day?

I used traction wrapping for a short time, but it didn’t seem to make any more difference to my gain rate than doing piss pulls and it was a lot more hassle.

And the safe option at night is to do Fowfers; they will be much more efficient than traction wrapping anyway, because they actually can provide genuine traction, instead of just stopping retraction. Once you are asleep the Fowfer will naturally be released as you move about.

Are there videos showing the right way of doing stretches with the glans back? I mean with the glans skin put back?

I haven’t looked at the videos for years, but I think the guy in our videos was circumcised.

If your grip is slipping, use a square of toilet paper to help you grip. You may need to pull your foreskin back (sensitive to start with, but it’ll get used to it after a few sessions). Grip with the glans (head) of the penis in the palm of your hand, with the grip (whatever type of grip works best for you) a little behind the glans on the shaft. You should be pulling from the shaft, not the glans, but having the surface area of it in contact with your palm will increase surface area and help your grip.

What about during the day though? You recommend extenders?
I’m kind of in the mindset that any for of traction/extender during the day is vital for flaccid gains. I don’t seem to have gained sht flaccid state since I started PE. Only EL and EG.

I’ve never tried an extender so I can’t honestly comment. If you spend quite a bit of time sitting, I would think Fowfers will give you most of the benefits of an extender.
Some guys seem to gain flaccid size easily but struggle to gain erect size. for some it’s the other way around. And some guys gain both. That’s life! :)

I was wandering, which is better (1) a large number of short duration Kegels, I.e. 500-1000 for 1 second or (2) a much smaller number at a much longer time duration, I.e. 5 - 10 with a time duration on one minute, or does it matter.

So after doing a bit o research I found out that the captain’s wench can double as an ADS device by hooking it up on one leg.
A brilliant idea!

I tried that today and it was pretty good. Tension is just enough to elongate my unit and it’s easily adjustable and very concealed.
Instead of a clamp, I used a cock ring since I didn’t really need that much pressure.
I’ve changed my mind about getting an extender. I’m gonna be using my wench the next few days so that solves the problem of having an ADS device. :D

Realizing the cock ring can work as a clamping device itself, can I use it as a clamp during hanging sessions altogether?

It’s best to do both, on separate days. It’s a muscle so power and endurance are both beneficial!

Ok done some backreading and I know this might have been asked several times before but:

How do you do your length, girth routines?
I’ve read somewhere to concentrate on length first and then girth and repeat.
I’ve done hanging for 3 straight days and am going to jelq today to make sure I don’t lose girth but I guess it can’t be helped if I do. :(

I’ve read a suggested 1 month length-1 month girth but that seems too extreme and the TS usually doesn’t bump the thread for results. :(

I do mine together. I do length then wait a few hours and do my girth routine. I always do girth last, it just seems the most logical.
