Yes you can masturbate before doing exercises, it could even be a good idea for a warm up.

I used the original jes extender 7 years back, but I had issues with slippage as I have very small glans and the “noose” kept slipping off, so I’d have to over tighten which caused lots of discomfort and I gave up as a result. I probably used it for 3-4 months but didn’t get any results. I’m doing Foreskin Restoration now, have been for 20 months, and have gotten great gains. I have a few questions.

1. Would you agree that vacuum hangers or a bib would be a better match for someone with a very small glans? I can show a pic if needed, but basically its narrower than my shaft.
The LG or MaxVac intrigue me as that method seems to claim it can lead to gains of the Glans.
2. Does anyone here tug at work? (I do for foreskin restoration as its more convenient for me) and I’d love a weighted system that could be worm inconspicuously at work while walking around/at my desk (I have an office job).
3. I’m at a ci-6 on the foreskin index (google it) so my glans are now covered 90% or more all the time. Do intact guys retract their foreskin to use a vacuum-style device? Or just suck up whatever it gets?

Becomingwhole I own both Bib hangers and have had them for 13months and they have less than 1hr of use on them ,they still have the original powder on them , Now if you like putting your penis in a vice even with it properly wrapped i would buy a bib . So i think a vacuum hanger would be more comfortable? but i don’t own one so I’m unsure. Now I have never tried to regrow my foreskin and I have seen a small increase in skin growth behind the head just from doing regular PE. and manually pulling on it. Now do I tug at work? Yes when I use the bathroom I do what they call a piss pull in every direction for about 15-30 seconds then I piss. Just to keep things loosened up . I do not have an answer for your glans question, which would be better.
