Ligament stretching does reduce a bit the angle (not to everybody though), but if you stop stretching ligs will regain their elasticity. Actually, even if you keep stretching, in most of cases.

Thanks. I’m was thinking of doing primarily tunica stuff so I could have some backup easy gains if I ever wanted them, but if there’s no real downside then I might was well throw the downward stretches back in my routine.

Good choice IMO.

Hello ,

I started PE since 5 days, yesterday I noticed that my erection went lower that average. And today I tried to elect it by thinking as I usually do it without needing to touch, but it’s not responding any-way. So, is it normal or what !?

I hope replying quickly !

Yes josef, it’s normal. If you exercise part of your body, it will get tired - your penis is no different. You may be slightly over-training, but if you keep the level the same, your penis will soon get used to it and be fitter and stronger than before! Or you can back off the amount you are doing slightly, and slowly build it up. :)

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Hello,

Thx Firegoat, It’s good that I’m working well. It’s also means that my penis noticed that I’m trying to make it better :D .

Something else, If you can read my thread and try to help me with question I’ve written there, here’s is it’s link: Question Every thing about PE

However, it may be semi-bored to be read. So, here’s my most important question I want an answer for: My unit is for now: 6.3" x 4.7", As I read not all like this rates. So, is it able to change this rate into this: 7.5" x 6.5". For me, I think girth is a bit will be radical changed. However, the length won’t be much gain. I think it won’t be easy anyway! So, here’s my question again: is it able to change (6.3" x 4.7") into (7.5" x 6.5") ?

Thx again for your answer.

I’ve got a 2 inch one now an I were it and with a full erection I can only were itbaboutb10 mins and its starts to hurt around were the ring is

Hello ,

I was wondering about what will happen If I didn’t PE for about 4 days, as I feel that my unit is weak ~.~ it’s yelling -or as I think it is-. I rested for a day before, but it seems that 1 day is not enough to get back it’s strength.

So, here’s the question: Is it ok to stop PE for a few days ??

Thx,

Does anyone know how much flaccid length increases as a function of erect length? If I gain 2 inches in BPEL let’s say, how much can I expect to gain flaccid?

start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

Yes, it’s OK. Just make sure you don’t spend more time taking time off than doing PE!

There is no answer to that. Some people who were growers become showers, some don’t. Some guys get good flaccid gains but not much erect gains. Some guys get good erect gains but not much flaccid gain. That’s life!

I have to agree with what FG says, BD but here’s the thing, what is your goal? I have always been under the impression that you will gain in each category of PE as long as you apply yourself. Whether your main goal is;

1.) Erection Quality (EQ)
2.) Flaccid Length (FL)
3.) Non-bone Pressed Erectile Length (NBPEL)
4.) Bone Pressed Erectile Length (BPEL)

If you work hard and are dedicated you’ll see results in each area. But what are the results you’re seeking? Only you can answer that. :)

5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

This isn’t exactly a custom build thing where you order up exactly what you want. You were born with a certain size, and you exercise it and make it as big as you possibly can, that’s all you can do. Some guys gain easily, some guys gain length easily, some guys gain girth easily, and some guys hardly gain at all. Going from 6.3 to 7.5 in length seems to be quite common, but increasing girth from 4.7 to 6.5 is quite rare. If you do succeed, it will take years of dedicated work. But honestly, why 6.5? Going from 4.7 to 5.5 would be a great accomplishment.

Personally, I don’t understand all this “goal” business. Maybe it’s from years of bodybuilding, where I just workout 5 days a week and do the best I can. I approach PE the same way, just do it, adjust workouts to get best results, and get as big as I can. Things can only improve, so why set a goal? Seems completely useless to me. Are you going to stop when you get there? Are you going to stop if you don’t get there? Not likely.

Anybody used cannabis oil?

It’s not just about not giving up, it’s about reaching satisfaction. Since you gain slowly, without reference you would always see yourself the same way : small. But if you fix a goal and reach it, it will give you the feeling of accomplishment and even if you still think yourself small, you know you once dreamed of being that size.

If they feel like they’re not progressing, yes most people would stop. That thing takes time, I would not PE everyday 6 days a week for at least one hour if I did not get results. If you like bodybuilding, good for you, but do realize a lot of people see training as a chore and won’t keep doing it if it doesn’t change a thing.

Anybody else still doing PE and not post much anymore ?
