You can however get the ‘banjo string’ cut and leave the foreskin, which I’ve been contemplating, but I haven’t read much about people who have had that done. The best option would probably be to try stretching the frenulum thus might involve stretching the foreskin too but I don’t think that should be a problem unless it fully covers your glans when erect (mine did to start off with but not now after gains)

For your first question: yes, use the advanced search and search titles I remember a good thread on it from a while back

Increasing time on newb routine: yes, as long as you don’t start getting weaker erections and such, also you don’t want to increase intensity until a while down the track.

How do I ensure that I am stretching only the penis not the skin? I am uncircumcised and my penis length is just 4 inches when flaccid. So even if I pull my skin back I don’t get enough space to hold my penis to stretch it by taking care not to slip over to head.

Should I continue stretching as I am doing which basically is to stretch my penis with skin?

I personally wouldn’t recommend it, no. However you could get a better grip using a tissue or even just allowing it to dry for a few minutes first

I’ve got one a question I mean. If my jeans are to tight will that limit growth? I’ve worn nut huggers my whole life up until recently. Once I started PE I’ve noticed I like a little more room down there.

I still have some jeans that are tight and I’ve noticed when I wear them my flaccid isn’t quite what it is in my work jeans.

Sounds like you answered your own question. I don’t like tight jeans on me either I like the extra breathing room.

Don’t ejaculate as often and your loads will naturally be bigger. I have also read somewhere if you take vitamin E it would make bigger loads I tried it didn’t seem to make a difference.

Today I successful stretched my penis by pulling back my foreskin. Boy that was hard. It gets uncomfortable when the grip starts pushing the ridge of my glans. I used tissue paper as Czepa advised and it went fine other the discomfort I mentioned before.

The difference I feel is that earlier I felt my skin tearing away from body but now I don’t feel any pain and I feel my inner penis slightly stretched when I am into manual stretching.

My skin feels puffy and my penis is hard after jelqing+stretching session. Is this normal.

My next target is to deaddict myself from porn and stop using it as aid to my sessions.

It should be a nice feeling, it should be warm and puffy, some soreness is ok, but no lasting pain. At the end of a session you don’t want it to be cold or hard (hard flaccid).

It sounds to me like you are doing everything right, I like that you mentioned ‘slightly stretched’ because you don’t want to overdo it too soon but you will find out that as your penis gets stronger it gets used to more intense workouts. Goodluck with your addiction.

My restored foreskin is such that it rides up over my glans when gripped to do manual stretches. I have tried the tissue paper idea suggested. The skin bunches against the coronal ridge and becomes very uncomfortable. What would be the disadvantages of just allowing the foreskin to ride up over the glans during stretches?

Use some toilet paper or a wash cloth when stretching. It gives you a better grip. I had to figure a way to grab ahold my penis. Since we have a foreskin its so sensitive to everything even touch. The wash cloth helps your glans not hurt so much.

I’m stopping using porn as aid to my sessions as well. ;) But still I use during my last set as a reward.
