So hey Lenny and any one else with suggestions,I tryed the c jelqing the way that ive read it should be done but it feels like I don’t get the same pressure build up, I know it lets blood release unlike the ok grip way but feel like im doing something wrong. Any thoughts?

I felt like that too, but you really only need to increase the pressure in the CCs. I eventually switched back to OK grips though, because I really like the popping veins and C grips just didn’t give me those. I think C grips are supposed to feel less intense, they did for me.

C grip won’t be putting pressure on the nerves, dorsal and superficial vein, dorsal artery (located on the top) and on the CS (present on the bottom), making it feels different, but not necessary “less effective”.

Personally, I end up with greater expansion by doing the C grip dry jelqs. I believe that erection maintenance at higher numbers is a must for this to work (60 to 70% erection).

In terms of jelqing the CC/sides, is using the webbed parts between the thumb and index effective? I fold my hands together like in praying/business meetings:

The difference being that I open the thumbs outwards (towards the stomach in this case) and tense them together to create a hole in the hands. I push down on the pubic bone and then close the opening to create a sort of clamp. I close the thumbs back in to create a grip that I hope targets the sides wth the webbed parts between the thumb and index.
(If that area gets tired, instead I just raise both index fingers outwards and use the area just below them)

I ask since I try and use V-Jelqs and C grip but I can’t get them to work right, and can’t tell if its even providing pressure for an effective jelq — but will try doing them dry.

I place the web between my thumb and index finger over the dorsal cord, thereby both lowering the pressure on this area and focusing the CCs specifically. If I then fold my index finger around my CS, I can create an (optional) ok grip. Works both under and overhand. Hope that helps

I did my first session of newbie routine, and after I was done with the 5-10 minutes of stretching, I had a lot of trouble getting and maintaining an erection for the wet jelqs. I didn’t get fully hard at all. Is this normal or should I be worried? I think I overdid the stretching, so I am now thinking of skipping the stretches and doing linear newbie routine from now on.

You’ll only want to get semi hard for jelqs, anyway. Never 100% . Probably 40% to 60%. That being said, a lot of guys report that stretching destroys their EQ. Experiment, and see what works best for you. Maybe do your stretches after jelqing?

I cannot post to the injury subforum and can’t edit last post anymore so I’ll just post again, quite certain that this only happened because am in terrible shape physically, highly think that being the cause to this problem.. Back pains, knee pains, terrible posture, RSI.. My physiotherapist said to just “get fit brah” and all of these issues would go away. My kegel muscles kind of feel weird too tbh, might be that I over did them or something right? I did like 5 minutes of stretching and like 20 wet jelqs on like a 60% hard dick, just had trouble getting an erection after the stretches were over.. Maybe I did one of the stretches too hard or something? Hope someone can help even just a little.

Okay the problem went away after sleeping through the night and my pelvic muscles are sore like a bitch. Must have been the kegels that I overdid before the stretches. I think I did 20x5s kegels and I have pretty weak kegel muscles.

If someone experienced could tell me if I am safe to continue jelqing or if I should take like a week break before I start again that’d be great. Currently back to normal and no negative symptoms any longer.

Take an extra day off. What you describe is mild fatigue and soreness. No injury. Just rest. You’ll be fine. You can keep at PE after that.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

My jelq sessions so far are 25-30 mins.

Is it better to put a hot wrap around 15 mins into it, or do the warming up benefits take effect for longer than I think?
