Today i REALLY feel like needing to rest, though. Random erections during the day, but the size doesn’t look nor feel like 100%.

Hey guys, been a long-time lurker and on-and-off PE practitioner, but never really got around to posting.

Even so, there’s a question I need to ask you guys, related to manual stretches (in the beginner AND intermediate stages of PE) -

1 - How long do you hold each stretch (I’ve heard some guys say more than 30sec per “set” is useless, others go as far as 15-20mins manually)?

2 - What’s your take on the “Helicopter” stretch (stretching it out and going clockwise and anticlockwise in circles), because I feel it loosens my ligs up much more than a static hold.

The answer will depend on the positive, neutral, or negative response your penis gives you.

The only way to truly know is to experiment and observe how it responds.

Hey, I haven’t been here for some time but I’ve got a quick question. Basically I’m restarting my PE routine and going back to my old routine which was with wet jelqs instead of dry ones. For some reason or another my unit doesn’t like dry jelqs; no matter the intensity, the kind of grip, the tightness of the grip, nothing. Girth even became uneven, one side thicker than the other.

TL;DR — Anyways, I was thinking of taking a month of, but I’m just wondering if I should take maybe a longer break instead. Would a month of rest suffice?

For how long you are PEing since your return?

Long breaks is needed when you face negative(s) PI or the idea is to get deconditioned.

My bad, I should’ve been a little clearer. I never actually stopped doing PE, I’ve been doing wet jelqing for a little over a year. But the start of 2016, as I was curious about dry jelqs, I decided to try those which I’ve now been doing for 4 months, almost 5 now. Though the biggest and stupidest thing I did was ignore the obvious negative PI’s thinking it “just needed to get used to dry jelqs and try another week.”

Gains as in an increase in length or girth? No to both of those. Although the unit itself has become harder when erect. But it’s the now uneven girth that troubles me and although the unit is harder when erect, morning and night wood are gone.

Looking for advice for jelqing technique. Just to throw it out there I don’t hang low I barely even hang.. It’s about 1 1/2” flaccid length on some occasions I’ll hang a little lower but eventually I end up turtling. Anyways I couldn’t find information on jelqing techniques for smaller penises, btw I hate wearing gym shorts looks like nothing is there.

Erections are lasting longer?

If yes, looks like your EQ is fine. Still doing Linear Newbie Routine? At what schedule?

Maybe not enough grind to stimulate growth … we will see after you post more details.
