does anyone here strictly clamp? or do they add another routine with their clamp session…? I just started clamping recently and was thinking if it’s better to strictly clamp on two day routine and third day being the day off. or do something like dry jelq +clamp every other day…?

I always jelqed in between sets of clamping. It help add oxygen rich blood back into the tissue.

Hey Thunder’s Place,

Long time lurker first time poster.

I’ve been meaning to start the newbie routine, but I’m afraid there’s a different problem I have to deal with.

You see, because I’m circumcised, my dick doesn’t have enough skin to achieve a full erection. So much so, that whenever I get (what I think is) a 10/10 erection, my dick gets pulled in a downwards curve, and I feel an ever so slight pain all over my shaft. Furthermore, my dick can’t take any rough treatment since the skin on my shaft doesn’t allow any movement because its so tight. (By rough treatment I mean both sexually like spur-of-the-moment lube-less hand jobs and PE things like jelqing and stretching).

So my question is, should I be doing the newbie routine anyway? Or should I focus more specifically on stretching the skin first? I feel like I could gain a few millimeters from just stretching the skin alone.

Well then why not try stretching and see how it works out for you. There is no harm in trying is there!

So, you’re saying that a normal stretch also works the skin around the shaft? Shouldn’t I be doing an exercise that mainly focuses on stretching the skin first?

Here’s a question preferably for longer term pe’rs…

Is it possible to not gain any girth despite a good solid routine over a period of time where for 2/3rds of the day post routine u get approx 0.2 temp expansion?
I have been super consistent with pumping/jelqing/light clamping/edging for a long while and get the temp expansion but never sticks beyond the said period. If i up the intensity my erections are harder to achieve thus meaning its too much.
I added some ssj and whilst i get a tad More expansion my unit gets overworked.

Why no ok grip? I suspect this grip is what gave me that hard vein.

Whay exactly is the u grip?

U grip:
I used to do something like reverse U, so the soft part between thumb and index finger was on the top of my shaft, while these two fingers apply force to my penis from each side (left and right).
I did not connect my fingers under the shaft so there is no force on the bottom part of my penis. Just and only from sides.
I’ve readed about this grip somewhere on TP.

When you guys measure meg do you make sure that the tailors tape is toughing the skin all the way round? Or just pull it round snug and take it like so?

I ask this because when i used a tailors tape to measure for the first time today it measure 5.08 whereas normally I’m 4.9ish with my normal method. I saw the measurement and thought ‘what the heck’. I looked on the underside and then noticed that despite the tape being wrapped snugly there was a slight gap either side at about 4 and 6 o’clock! This gives a slightly false measurement to the way i normally do but it seems when people post pics they do it this way?!

How do you think they measure in these size surveys?

The important is to measure it always the same way.

Understood pumpbra, but if I’m measuring in an unusual way and getting 4.9 which is the 100% accurate way and really I’m nearly 5.1 measuring how most do then i kind of feel as though I’m cheating myself haha. But looking at my unit and thinking its nearly 5.1 meg also seems strange as I’ve been used to thinking its 4.9meg.

Kind of head screwing!! I might just use the tailors tape and not worry about the slight gaps either side at approximately 4 and 6 o’clock if that’s the norm?
