Hey, sometimes I wake up during a night and feel a little pain on one side at base, sometimes left sometimes right. The “wake up” isn’t caused by the pain but rather a temporary resumption, then again I fade back to deep REM. My bet is that it’s caused by hard erection that faded away. Do you experience this too? Why does my dick feel so little to me. I agree when I read my stats, I’m a good ways above avg. But it feels so tiny. Especially when flaccid. Granted w/o a fat pad, my flaccid length would probably be 5 inches or close to it. But the girth would have to be in the 3s or low 4s.

I have about 8.5 inch hands. 4.5 inches wide. Could this be why?

This. And the angle from which we look at our own dicks is probably the most unflattering angle possible. Why it feels small is another question. I’ve got the opposite problem. Mine feels pretty big, but I’m usually disappointed in its appearance.

After or before jelqing? Why?

I’ve seen both being recommended.

What about before AND after? Too much?

Delicioco I suggest you to do some streching before jelqing while you’re completly flaccid, after jelqing you might be a bit too pumped, and the streching will be less effective.

For me, stretching is more effective before Jelqing. There is less resistance when my unit is completely flaccid, so I get a better stretch. After Jelqing, my unit has a serious pump, and seems not to be as pliable. :jelq:

Its because the people who usually buy them are complete noobs that’s why their gains are very apparent. When you come across thunders they’ll advise you leave pumping for after you have done some manual PE and had gains.

Can kegels aggravate hemorrhoids?

Also, what do reverse kegels do? I feel nothing except having to pee when I do them

I have another question..
A year ago I started this routine which consisted in a lot of kegels and some 10~15 seconds squeezes at the base. About 1squeeze/minute for 40 minutes on average everyday. Kept doing this until mid December, when I took a break and started the linear newbie routine.

Back then I had pretty good girth gains. I had about 14cm MEG, and expanded to 14,5cm at the end of each session.
Lost it all after my break and went back to pre-PE MEG 13cm (5.1”)

I read that clamping could toughen up tissue and hinder gains. My question is: should I be worried about this? Could it be that my previous routine damaged somehow my gaining possibilities?
