I have a question maybe someone can answer or point me in right direction.

I’ve gained 3/4” in BPEL and only a 1/4” in NBPEL how is that possible?

O yeah my body weight hasn’t changed or if it has it’s up or down 2 lbs any given day. Thanks

That is actually normal. I am approximately 8.375 BPEL X 6.25 EG and my flaccid is no where near
8.375 it is maybe 6 inches if that probably more like 5.5 inches. I do not measure anymore.

No my flaccid is 3 to 3.5 my gains in erect bpl and nbpl are whats throwing me for a loop.

Is it pulling my fat pad out with it.

Ah, you mean BPEL and NBPEL. I have no idea how you gain a half inch in fat pad, as you say though it could be pulling the skin out. Maybe you could try stretching shaft skin, I’ve heard Lot about pubic bone skin coming up the penis and people having to shave a fair way up the shaft.

Also, for jelqs, is it true that the more erect you are when you do it, the more gains you get for girth?

Flaccid for stretches. The more erect you are for the jelq the better it is for girth apparently, but alot of people do themselves injuries erect jelqing when they are new, and I personally reckon you can’t get a proper jelq in going much past 75% I think its recommended 60% erection or something like that. Basically you want it to be almost as big as your erect member but not standing up at all

All stretches should be flaccid like Czepa said. Have you tried A-stretches over a very big fulcrum or thick fulcrum in diameter? Be gentle with your penis when starting PE.

Hello, I am new here, doing my routine for about a week.

Made a thread before but didn’t get any answer.

After my jelq routine my penis is more pumped only about 2-3 minutes, after that when he’s becoming flaccid with no erection level. Found somewhere information than it’s good idea to end my routine with good erection so I did it. Nothing shows I was jelqing. Is that normal for penis which flaccid is sometimes even 3times shorter then erected ?
