It’s hard to tell how much to expect, and how time it’ll take. You may have some gains in one month, and you may have nothing for several months. It depends on how much you’re consistent with the routine, and how your penis react. You can check the Progress Reports/Personal Routines to see other people gains. But the key to PE gains is consistency.
