Artery vs Lymph Vessel

Artery vs Lymph Vessel

How can I tell the difference between the two?

After I started pumping I noticed that I developed a large colorless artery/lymph vessel on the side of my penis. I never got anything like this from jelqing or clamping. It happened after only a few pumping sessions, which suggests that it is a not an enlarged artery. From what I’ve read on here, pain and pearl-like structures are usually associated with both blocked lymph vessels and thrombosed veins and arteries, and I have neither of these symptoms. I also developed similar, smaller ones on the other side.

I’m currently taking a decon break, but if these are arteries, I’d like to somehow make them all roughly the same size to even it out.

Arteries contain blood flowing away from the heart. If you cant see any blood then it is unlikely to be a blood vessel. Lymph should be colourless, but I’m unsure as to whether you would get a vessel type swelling.

To test if it is an artery, use William Harvey’s experiment/demonstration (link below), a vein behaves in the opposite manner to an artery.

I can’t get the link to work. There’s a youtube video about a William Harvey experiment, but there’s no sound and I don’t get what the guy is doing.

It would not be an artery nor a lymph node it is more likely a vein and yes you should notice that especially if there is change of colour then you should seek medical attention or be referred to a vascular surgeon

There are veins around it, and they are all blue.

Normally they are dark green or may be blue but if they have dark purple or red shades around them you should immediately go to hospital.

.

I said right in the beginning that it’s colorless. It’s not vein and it’s not an emergency.

I appreciate the concern but there aren’t any bumps and the absence of color makes me think that it can’t be a vein.

No discoloration, no lumps, no pain. Just a large tube, that looks similar to a prominent dorsal artery, but on the side. My dorsal artery looks similar, but smaller and not as pronounced (looks deeper under the skin).

I did the experiment and it’s actually a vein. It’s deeper than most of the others, which is why it was colorless, but if I press on the underside of my penis to force it closer to the skin, I can see that it’s blue. I don’t think you can have a painless thrombosis, so it wouldn’t be that.

When I used the BathMate almost a year ago, part of it enlarged and it stayed that way. Then the air pumping a few months ago caused more of it to enlarge. It must be either enlarging the vein, or bringing it closer to the surface and making it visible.

I would not worry about it, my has lots of visible arteries and veins.
