What do you guys think about using an aromatherapy diffuser during PE sessions? I tried it for the first time today and it was kind of nice. It smelled like a girl.

But seriously, aromatherapy has many benefits to the body and mind. Relaxation, releasing muscle tension. Mood enhancement, stress relief, aid blood circulation, improve sleep, stuff like that.

I think this could be beneficial to PE sessions, especially improving sleep. Plus there are many many different essential oils to use so you can probably find something that suits you best.

Aromatherapy is great for relaxing you and helping with sleep problems. Valerian Tea is better for sleep problems though and it makes me sleep for hours, great for when I need lots of rest from intense PE.

It can’t hurt. If it helps you to relax it may be a good thing for you. The 45+ min routines can get boring sometimes.

Boring? Really? I have been doing this for years and I find it fun still lol. Listen to some cock music or something…

I’m stuck doing my exercises in the bathroom. When I’m able to do them anywhere in the house it’s great. There just isn’t a lot going on in the bathroom.

I did have my iPod with me last night, but listening to music made it more difficult to keep an erection. I guess I was getting too comfortable and not paying attention.

Anything that will increase the general health of your body will also increase your PE results, but I think something like aromatherapy is less significant compared to things like quitting cigarettes or booze, or going to the gym a few times a week.

Nothing beats a huge intake of water for flaccid size. Ginkgo Biloba seems to be helping my erection quality too, it doesn’t make me harder, just makes it easier to stay excited… But of course, it could be a placebo.

Nothing works better than a nice bit of water and rest in my honest opinion. Some essential oils can help speed up the recovery if you get slight injuries. It’s just a case of getting your penis and ligaments more pliable (with heat etc).

I think the above, and some major dedication will give you the gains you need. :D

I don’t smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol. I’m trying to collect as many aids as possible to help me with PE, because I always get side-tracked and skip the exercises for weeks at a time.

The aromatherapy scent helped me focus on PE more than not having it, so I am optimistic that it will continue to benefit me. I have ginkgo biloba, but I haven’t used it consistently. I have recently obtained a bottle of fish oil, so I am hoping that does me well.

Water is always stocked in my house, so I have tons of that.
