Arginine - how to get the max of it
I take L-Arginine powder for a couple of days now, but I’m not sure if I use it the most efficient way. I use it as recommended on the box 2 x 3000 mg daily. One before I go to sleep and one around lunch. I think a higher dose right before sleep would be better. Any opinions on this or how (often and much) do you take it?
