Are Tunica Tugs the same as A Stretches?

Are Tunica Tugs the same as A Stretches?

Are Tunica Tugs the same thing as Inverted V Stretches/A Stretches? Apparently Tunica Tugs target the tunica, hence the name, and do minimal lig work. A stretches, as I’ve been doing them, seem to target the ligs as well as tunica. Am I confused? Whats the difference, or are they the same thing?

Current: 6.5'' BPEL 5'' EG

I am doing three kind of stretches. Grab base of penis and pull. Grab below head of penis and pull. Grab below head of penis pull and with the other hand grab base of penis and push back. That last one stretches the tunica like hell. Didn’t actually see what is an A stretch or whatever cause I figured it out by myself. I am sure there are videos here to see which answer your question.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Where are you at in your PE journey? Are you a beginner or somewhat conditioned?

I’m conditioned. Been at it for a while. I’ve been stretching everyday throughout using bennett8’s routine. Doing stretches every which way. I’m hoping to get my dick long enough to reach my belly button, if possible. At 6 goal is 8. Read about Tunica Tugs and they sound like the Inverted V/A Stretch to me. Apparently Tunica Tugs work girth, which I don’t want right now. Hopefully I’m doing V stretches not Tunica Tugs, because I want length, not girth.

Tunica tugs will work length but only through the stretching of the tunica. They isolate the ligaments which, in my opinion, only gives you half a stretch for the same workout. They aren’t similar to the inverted V stretch at all. Either one will work length but not as well as a simple stretch or BTC stretch utilizing a lot of deep heat to the internal structures.

Where these might come in handy is when you’ve maxed your ligs out but you still want more length.

Wait, how are they not like the Inverted V Stretch? They both stretch upwards, and you use two hands with both. One on the base, and one behind the glans.

The way I used it was with the aid of pot of E45 cream eventually after trying some alternate* cylinders. An E45 cream pot is a cylinder approx 2.5” (6cm) in diameter and 2.5” (6cm) long. These dimensions are perfect for placement between the legs whilst sitting.

Pushing the pot close up to the balls, and stretching the penis over it and over the edge of the chair allows a straight arm stretch to be performed with immense power, effectively using the shoulder and the body to power the stretch rather than the arm. With a good grip, it is possible to hold this stretch for long periods and I found 3 minutes worked well, stopping to regain circulation before reapplying.

It’s just as important when doing a stretch like this to relax into the stretch. It’s strange but when you snatch a stretch it seems much less effective, if you gradually turn on the power you can stretch that bit further and really feel it.

This is like hanging heavy weights without using a hanger and this stretch should really impact on the septum.

As you can see you don’t place a hand on your pubic bone to keep the ligaments immobile like you do when performing tunica stretches.

You need approximately 7-8 inches of length to reach your belly button. Are you aware of that right?

Yes, 8 inches is my goal so hopefully I’ll get closer to the belly button.

And thanks for clarifying the difference. I feel Inverted V Stretches will ultimately be more beneficial than the tunica tugs since I’m going for length. I see no reason to half ass the ligaments with the tunica tugs. Maybe once my ligs have been plateaued I will reconsider.

I was mistaken in one of my comments. Inverted V Stretches don’t stretch upwards, but downwards. Just clarifying.
