I had been doing PE workouts for about 3.5 months now and have noticed little gains in length and decent to good gains in girth, but lately I have noticed my foreskin has grown CONSIDERABLY.. When I’m flaccid theres just so much of it.. Is this because of my gains in girth? And also new and/or bigger veins have started to appear all over my package.. Is this normal? Thanks.

After a jelq workout I find that my foreskin could be noticeably bigger. I see it as good.
Unless, your foreskin seems bigger because your flaccid got smaller? Hows your flaccid size looking nowadays?

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Slightly bigger.. But even when I start getting erect I still notice the excess foreskin.
I’m cut and I definitely have more foreskin than before. Dry jelqing, especially, will increase the foreskin. Good for me, since I’ve decided to restore my foreskin. Another good reason to jelq!
Dry jelqs are better for uncut people. It gives you more control of you foreskin when you jelq. You don’t “slide” the grip in dry jelq you “push” it. Retract all you foreskin before starting your jelq routine, do the OK grip, push the grip and when you get to the head loose the grip a bit so when you return the same hand to the starting point the foreskin will be already retracted and ready for another jelq.
A soon as you loose the grip do a kegel to keep the blood flow.
