I just checked out 2 websites, ratemycock.com, and ratemyschlong.com

Are these dudes for real, there packin weapons. Is it possible to get these gains with P.E.?

Some are real, some are BS. Most just took 500 pics and sent in the one that made their unit look big. Have you got a digital camera? Take a few pics of your self with creative angles, you’ll be suprised how big you look.
