Are there any videos on how to do kegels

I’m New to PE, and on the newbie routines it says do 50 kegel of 5 seconds holds.
But idk how to do them I have no clue.

If somebody could give me any info, that would be great.

Try to stop your pee when your peeing. It’s that muscle.

Huh? I’m confused so everytime I go to pee I have to hold it?

And I gotta do this 50 times a day?

No, but stopping your urine flow with your muscles can give you a direct experience of what muscles you need to tense when doing kegels.

Once you know what to do, you can do them anywhere, driving, sitting at your desk, waiting in line, etc.

A kegel is performed by flexing the same muscle that you’d use to stop your flow of urine. Since it’s all internal, there’s no vid’s.

Trying to stop your urine flow would be a way to identify and strengthen that muscle.

No. Kegels exercises are flexing the BC muscle. That muscle is the one that you flex (clamp) when you are trying to stop peeing mid-stream.

Familiarize yourself with holding that muscle clamped for 10-20 seconds and do 10 reps or so. Then incorporate that in to your jelqing sessions. Go to the FAQ section or use the search feature for more specific information - and videos. Good luck sir.

LOL Come on try harder.

It’s not the same muscle. The urinary sphincter is what stops urine flow and it is closed in its relaxed state. You have to contract it to start the flow of urine. Backward, I know, but that’s how it works. You can stop urine flow without contracting the BC muscle, but if you consciously try to stop mid-stream most guys do clamp the BC even though it doesn’t have anything to do with the bladder.

Another way to locate the BC muscle is to get erect and make your dick bounce up and down. That’s the muscle you want to contract for a kegel.

Yeah probably the easiest way to train would be to get erect and put a towel on it then bounce it up and down.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)
