Just to have professional opinion about PE

Not that I am aware of. I think most urologists would actually learn quite a bit from reading here, because what we deal with is outside the realms of their usual work.

Initial stats; BPEL 8.5 inch, EL 8.3 Inch, EG 6.4 inch. Goal; EL +1 inch, EG: Not a priority. Equal girth along the shaft.

Progress: 5 weeks: BPEL: 8.8 inch. (+7mm) EL: 8.6 inch (+7mm). SL: 8.9 EG: 6.7 averaged out (+4-8mm. Growth though failing to create equal girth along shaft)

There are some MD on this forum actually. They don’t claim to have a better understanding of PE neither have discovered much new in this field.

Marinera can i ask you how much dis you gain since you start PE ?
And also i read clamping improved your EQ instead of Pumping wich lowered your EQ the same happen to me.Do you understand why.Do you think is just psichological thing or something more?

The reason why Pumping lowered my EQ is because I did use too much pressure, I guess. Overdoing clamping can lower EQ too. Instead than clamping, nowadays I just do edging with a metallic cock ring, when I want to have a bit of EQ boost and more pumped look. I think it is hard to achieve permanent girth gains with either pumping or clamping,

Is that directed to me? I think both clamping and pumping will give permanent gains, but they will be just a fraction of the short term, apparent gain. My very personal opinion is that the best exercise for permanent grith gains are jelqs, expecially dry jelqs.

But most are sensible enough not to give a professional opinion outside of their specialty. They refer on. My specialist area is connective tissue; I came here initially to learn more because the tissues of the penis are somewhat similar to the abdominal aponeurosis. And I stayed.

I am not clear as to the definition of perminant gains. Is it 1 month, 6 months, or a year or more? I have been pumping for over three years and my girth remains over 1/2 inch larger than my beginning girth even after taking a 10 day break from pumping. Can I say my gains are perminant? After a very intense pumping session earlier this week, my temporary girth was up by 1.25 inches over my starting girth, but it returned back to my “perminant” girth after a few hours.

I’d say that was permanent. If it doesn’t go away over a long period like a month then yeah. Permanent.

I suppose it’s always possibly to lose gains at any time, even “permanent” ones so as long as its consistently bigger over time I’d call it a gain.

As you specialized in this field, could you explain the anatomy of what a layman calls penile ridges. Some seem to develop these after performing PE exercises. It seems like a thickening the fascia of the penis due to stress being put on it by PE exercises.

They are usually the circumflex arteries (and veins; they run together) that branch off the dorsal artery and underlie the Buck’s (Deep) Fascia. They can enlarge with PE.

The Tunica Abuginea in some guys is not smooth, and can have ‘ribs’ along it, which is perfectly normal. These are usually present before starting PE, and would not typically ‘develop’ from doing PE.

What you mean about “RIBS” ?
I don’t think is normal to have ribs on the penis?
Ribs are hard made of bones how you can have ribs on the penis wich is soft and become hard just when the blod go inside?
How can i know if have ribs or not?Hopefully not cause you said with unlucky people with ribs is not possible to enlarge your penis.
I hope to have the penis in the same structur of big girtha so i will have amazing girth gain ;-)

He means ribbing, like a ribbed condom has ribs. The tunica has spots that bulge out in a perpendicular pattern to your penis (as in across the sides not up and down the length) it’s pretty normal. There is a pic floating around here that illustrates them perfectly.

I have ribbing or ribs and I have gained so it’s not down to a science yet.
