PE success comes from your ability to manipulate the tissues in your penis.

You are very limited to the areas you can safely manually manipulate and you can either go too intense trying to reach these areas and easily (badly) injure yourself or you can perform light exercises that almost literally just “scratch the surface” and are not effectively manipulating your tissues at all.

If you like to masturbate, then by all means masturbate! However, I wouldn’t suggest trying to incorporate that with PE. :)

That’s good you will have an extra motivation. You should do jelqing also I can give you my own experience advice that you should massage your balls. Clamping. It is regarded as being dangerous. All you do is put something around the base of your penis to cause a great of amount of pressure to build up in your shaft. There are cable clamps, and then there are things like Monty’s air thing which acts as clamp, although Monty’s can be a lot more comfortable and better in applying pressure.

It is known to make your shaft tough, so it’s often a last resort for gains. And again, be really careful if you decide to do it. I have read people recommend 10 minutes for a set to keep the penis from being discolored.
