Hey guys,

Just measured up about 2 weeks + one workout in week 3 (done this morning).

MEG : 13,5cm: 5,3” +0.2” (as the one in my signature before was just TP test by dick is oval after all, before that I measure 5,1”
BEG: 16,5cm: 6.5” +0.2”

Npbel ruler and tape: 5,5” + 0,5”
BPEL: 6” + 0,3” (could have pressed a bit more but it hurts)

Is that really possible ?? God I hope it is I would love to be a quick gainer!

How would you rate your EQ before starting PE? I would definitely count some of that ”gain” being EQ improvement in such a short period of time. Nonetheless… any gain is positive and improvement of EQ means you are on the right track. Good work pal and keep going!

BPFSL gains are very apparent in fhe first few weeks. I had the same success. It’s one of the golden stages in our PE career. Some gain consistently throughout like QL. Some gain in a diminishing return graph, but as what I have observed, the gains will always be there if the routine consistent.

That makes sense. Did you switch out off the newbie routine after 6 weeks or did you continue on it till the gains stopped ?

I was very eager and started incorporating clamping and pumping in my routine. The growth spurt was not there anymore adter that. I suggest you stick to newbie routine.

I was thinking about the Peter Dick theory where you have to change everything every workout. Not so sure anymore.
