Are stretching only enough?

Are stretching only enough?

Are stretching only for length gains enough or should i incorporate jelqs?

Stretching works really well if done consistently with heat. Never abandon jelqing.

by the way, in body-building there is a thing that they change the exercise for the same mouscle allways to affect in from every angle.

can that work on pe too? changing something in the routine every week or so?

You only change something when you are 100% sure that it doesn’t work anymore.

If it is working do not change a thing.

I’m just confused if doing the same thing wont make the body get used to it and know how to resist it?

Its like the time you change the routine when gains stop, but you just change constantly for the gains practically not stop.

And I’m also afraid true PE is possible with better tools like hanging and pumping and etc while manual doesn’t work that much, That’s what i get from reading here

Yes, doing the same thing over and over will make the body used to it and no more effectiveness. The point is to be sure about the exact time you body doesn’t respond any more because it is used to something. THEN you change it.

I wouldn’t underestimate manuals. Especially jelqing.

Pumps, hangers etc, I believe they are the means to break plateau when using manuals. It is the way to go further, when you are not happy with what manuals gave you and you can clearly see that manuals can not offer you anything more, no matter what.

Of course you can use a combination of manuals and a device but why spend money early. Manuals may get you where you want for free.
