Are my goals realistic?

current: 6 x 4.6-7 nbp

short term goal(6 months to 1 year): 6.5x5.1 nbp

mid/long term goal(2 years): 7.25x5.3 nbp

end goal(unlimited time): 8 x 5.6+ nbp

I will be using the newbie routine to start off with, and adapting as I go along, I can’t start for a few months though until I get my own place due to lack of privacy

IMO they’re realistic, I started last april and I’ve got over an inch in lenght. Just remember not to overtrain, good luck!

I think that your goals are completely realistic.

I suggest however that you measure BPEL as opposed to nbpel to track your gains.
That way you can be more certain that it is your dick length that is growing and not your fat-pad (regardless of how thin you are) shrinking

To be honest I’ve always thought anyone can gain length if they go about it the right way and stick at it, but girth, I think I’m really going to struggle since I’m starting with such a small size, what have you gained in girth?

Surely realistic. Just stay on top of things and you’ll have it.

they appear realistic when I break them down over time, but 1 inch girth increase my not be considered realistic.

Good luck. PE consistently, wisely and safely and your size goals are achievable.

You do not have a small size. You are perfectly on the average side considering the charts.

I think they are realistic for the most part. Your two year goals I think are achievable. A 2” gain in length will probably take you 10 years though others have done it in much less time. An inch in girth may take alot of work not sure if that will happen but others have done it so I would say that is achievable too.

I started at roughly 6”nbp or possibly just under (didn’t really measure) and I am now 7”nbp. My girth was 5” I think and I am now 5.5”MSEG. But I was very inconsistent for the most part and I started about 5 years ago. I really have only been consistent for the past 2 years or so.

And at 6”nbp length you are actually longer than average, from most of the studies I get the impression that 5.5”nbp is the average length. Your girth is dead center average from everything I have read. Definitely not a “small size”.

Well, I’ve been mostly doing lenght exercises, I think that my girth gains are zero.

Thanks for the replies I just hope I,m one of the lucky ones who gains quickly.

I think a big part of the “lucky ones” who gain are the ones who just naturally do the movements and grips etc. Properly from the start, without going x amount of time before reading more and realizing they need adjustment. Focus, research and watch the vids, make sure everything done properly and on schedule everyday and you will see gains like the best on here IMO.yes I’m sure genetics has a role to play but I take the same approach as I did with football, everyday I told/tell myself I’ll never not achieve my goals because someone else out works me.n it’s the truth, be committed and kill it brother the whole it’s a marathon not a sprint is dead on.

Thanks for the replies, I’d be satisfied at 7”+ length and 5.25”+ girth but obviously I’d hope for more.

In my experience I found an inch to an inch and a half of length was very achievable in a year of pe. So long as you make your routine about length and do plenty of stretches and hanging with just enough high rep low intensity jelqs to keep girth. Overall girth on the other hand involves lower rep exercises with higher intensity like holds, slower jelqs, and dry jelqs. Both kind of add a little to the other goal but those increases may or may not stick depending on your genetics. Whenever you stall or find a hard time with motivation, just go back to the drawing board and try a different exercise if you’re bored. Like upside down jelqs or holds working your way up the shaft. If pe is fun you’re keep doing it.
