@ Segma, do you already experienced the multi-orgasm with this method? I just ask because as you know there are several muscles in this group of muscles and with practice we can only work BC (ok for me) without PC and PC without BC (which is almost impossible for me). According several sources, websites and forum, I’ve read two points of view.
For some it is better to avoid the BC (vajroli mudra just behind our ballsack) during intercourse or masturbation if you don’t want to shoot to soon because it stimulates the prostate. So for the dry orgasm we would make a PC (mula bandha nearer our anus, but not our anal sphincter) contraction.
For the others only the BC (vajroli mudra needs to be stronger and used at the PONR moment to avoid the ejaculation and create a dry orgasm which will allow to continue and have other orgasms.
@ firegoat, I’ve already read the Locating the bc muscle thread by WestLA-90069 but I didn’t really find the answer to my question, except that it seems that for him the BC is almost more important than the PC (there’s a question and his answer at the posts #53 and 54). Bus as I just said, on other websites and forum I’ve read posts from serious guys who said the opposite. WestLA-90069 even says that there is no links between the BC muscles and the prostate but when I’m hard if I do kegels which involve the BC (since I don’t succeed in contracting the PC without the BC) I immediately feel the urge to shoot.
