Starting 02-18-2010: Length: 17cm (6.63''), Girth: 14cm (5,46'')

Nothing in life is really necessary.

That being said, it is likely kegels could improve your erection quality. I particularly like doing them during an edging session, it seems to force blood into the head and make it larger while I hold the kegel, possibly contributing to some extra head size over a period of time - and every little bit counts.

I honestly think it is more important than PE .

If you really don’t like doing them then you could try spreading them out more during the day. Do some timed kegels for maybe 15 seconds, 20 seconds or longer. Just make it a point to avoid feeling fatigue in the muscle and build up on the seconds and number of kegels as your body allows it. Do 5, 20 twenty second holds here. Do 5, 20 second holds there. The amount of time you spent with your muscle contacted will start to build up.

It´s because I spend some time doing warm up, stretch and jelqing and it seems that kegels still along the exercises time.
So, I am not doing.
But I think I could do it along the day, in the work, for example.
Does someone do that?

I just started the newbie routine and did kegels for 2 days in total and I have already seen improvement in the force of ejaculation already!
I was wondering why my ejaculations had been much more intense when 14-15 than now that I am 24 and this thing, kegels seems to improve it.

However don’t go crazy in the beginning, don’t do too many. I did the amount that was told to do in the newbie routine (5 min) and feel my BS muscle tensed. Is it normal?

Yes, it’s perfectly normal. It takes time to condition your PC muscles to more intense workouts. Work on them with moderation (like you do), especially in the first 3-4 weeks.

Probably not necessary from the point of view of getting a bigger cock. But I do think that they help with PEing. Where they are absolutely necessary is for having a healthy cock that can go the distance and then some.

Yes! I used to do 15 or more minutes of kegals 5 times a week while driving to school. You can do them while watching TV, riding the train/bus, sitting at a desk at work/school, whatever.

I agree. I do one about every 4th jelq or so. A quick 3-5 second kegel at the end of the jelq, grab the base with the other hand and squeez the new blood up the shaft…that’s what it seems to be all about…or atleast partially about.

I usually do some kegels at the end too, but I’m not fully conditioned yet (by any means) and my bc gets fatigued.

Someone mentioned not to do kegels to the point of fatigue, but it is a muscle after all, isn’t that how you build muscle?

Goal 2. Get to atleast 7.5" x 5.75" (who knows, it's up to wifey if I want to shoot for higher) so I can feel solidly above average.

Honestly, I kegel with each jelq stroke. I don’t know how may I do but 20 minutes worth everyday is where I’m at now. This way I get them in regardless of it I do them solo or not.

I find it really convenient to also kegal while I read the forums everyday.
