Are kegels crucial

I started jelqing about a month ago, and I have been slacking on the kegel exercises. Whenever I perform them I feel like I am also straining my face muscles which I find uncomfortable.

I haven’t even gotten to perform 1 full session.

If I choose not to perform kegels (ever) will it affect my gains?

I can safely tell you that you can absolutely gain without doing kegels. As a total hypocrite, I wish I had committed to doing kegels based on comments I’ve read elsewhere. I think the optimal goal for all of us is a bigger AND BETTER penis. If you’re starting, try to do so with as many good habits as possible.

P.S. I’m not sure why your face muscles are connected. Perhaps you’re doing them wrong?

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

Learning to control one set of muscles is a learned behaviour.

Ears do move independantly once you locate, isolate and contract them.

So do nostrils

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
