Are jelqing scientific proven to work?
Hello, the title pretty much says it all, are there any scientific proof on that jelqing actually works?
I have used Google but I haven’t managed to find any serious studies made at all, so is there any?
The reason I’m asking is because I am not a 100% convinced that jelqing actually works, even thought alot of people on the internet says it does.
I have been jelqing for about 3 weeks now and I haven’t made any gains in either girth or length, what’s the average time before you get any?
My “routine” looks like this ->
5-10 min warmup in the shower, pulling and bending (without feeling pain ofc).
10-15 min basic jelqing using both the “ok-grip” and the “c-grip”, 1-2 second strokes.
5 min warm down.
Doing this every day.
