Alright, so I’ve been consistent and dedicated to my PE routine for about 6 weeks or so now. I haven’t seen any Erect Gains, at least not any measurable outside of a potential margin of error. However, I am seeing some noticeable Flaccid gains! I’m hanging heavier, lower, and thicker, just on average throughout my day than previously.

My question is, is this a normal pattern? Have others experienced this? I’m sure most PE journeys vary and it’s difficult to generalize the progress benchmarks. But just wondering if this is an indicator one way, or another, as to my being on the right path. Feels great to feel bigger on the regular, but really want to see it translate to Erect Gains.

A lot of people think so. One of the measurements that folks pay attention to is BPFSL - where you stretch out your flaccid penis as far as you go, and press the ruler against your pubic bone. Often, BPFSL increases before BPEL does.

But flaccid length is highly variable. Enjoy them. But you need to stick to your routine, and be patient. Then the erect gains will come.

Thanks for the input ErnieBanks. Glad to hear it may be a solid indicator. Interestingly enough, to your point about flaccid length being highly variable, what I’m mostly noticing is the consistent increase in flaccid girth. I’m hanging out a lot thicker these days on a regular basis. This may just be temporary plumping results that mean nothing, but it’s not just for the short period of time following a PE session, but rather throughout the entire day, I’m visibly thicker. It’s been a nice motivator regardless of its long-term meaning. But yes, I’m most interested in the long-term, cemented erect gains, and I definitely understand that this is a marathon, not a sprint. So, I’ll keep doing my thing and staying patient.

I asked the same question last week and pretty much got the same answer.

But since, I have noticed erect gains on healthy days too.
