Are better the results if I put the PM with member half-erect

About the PeniMaster, I’d like to know:

1) If I put the PM with my member half-erect, its effect will be better (bigger cellular growth)?

2) What must I do to obtain the maximum cellular growth on the penis girth? (My girth now is about 5”, my goal is at least 7”).

2) Work hard.

The Penimaster is an all day stretch (ADS) device which augments regular PE exercises. I know they advertise it as the only thing you’ll need, but using it by itself would take a long time to get significant results. Read the first thread in the Newbie Forum and you’ll have all the information you need to get bigger.
